Redmond’s newest and only full service hotel. On site meeting space that can accommodate upto 250 people based upon setup. Hotel features a deluxe continental breakfast. Indoor heated pool, hot tub, and exercise room. We are conveniently located near historic downtown Redmond.

Very clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. I especially liked that a full breakfast was available by 5:00am on a Friday morning. That was a nice surprise which allowed me to hit the road early.
The reservation process is annoyingly long and complicated with lots of unnecessary questions before you are told if there is availability or the price. I’ve stayed here before and never had suck a frustrating experience booking a room. They seem to be excessively mining data and customer information. I get the feeling I should expect a lot of robo calls soon! They don’t need to know my age, interests, etc to simply book a room. STOP THIS INSANITY! Just run a clean cost effective hotel. That’s all I ask for.
Sleep Inn & Suites in Redmond, Oregon was a good stay for me to take a quick break back from Painted Hills. The build was a little bit outdated but still okay; the room was spacious and clean, but the sound insulation was not very good. There was only one staff at the front desk, and she was friendly but made a couple of mistakes about my room number and key card. Overall it was okay.
We were really thankful that the manager allowed us a 2 hour late checkout, as we had some car trouble and needed to get that fixed before hitting the road again. The shuttle driver was a really friendly guy, and although we didn’t use the shuttle, he still reflects well on the hotel. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, and we were satisfied. I only docked a star because breakfast was meh. I know Covid makes everything weird, but I think the breakfast could still have been better. But still, it was a good stay.
It is not fancy but the rooms are nice and clean. They do serve a limited breakfast even with the Covid thing going on. It is nothing special but worked fine. The service is excellent and there is a restaurant right across the parking lot (convenient).
