refund policy
WE booked 2 nights at this hotel based on WEB info which stated Ocean view, upon arrival we refused the room because the Ocean view was across the bay and at an unacceptable angle. Because we booked thru Travelocity, we had to contact them for a refund which we did and were promised a refund upon approval of the hotel, the clerk on duty assured me they would comply with my request. I was notified by Travelocity my refund would be granted, however, only a portion of my payment was refunded. I urge everyone not to utilize this agency, I will not stay or recommend any property associated with OYO their practices are deceptive.

Great view, carbs for breakfast and worn out furniture
Great view, strong shower head (bathroom with a fan) and the bed is very comfortable with plenty of nice pillows. Great view of the bay, and easy access to the beach. Nice TV and it’s a quiet place. Furniture is super worn out, and it needs a deep clean with an update. Breakfast was all carbs, and powdered creamer, but kids or carby eaters will be happy. The elevator stopped working because the 3am ear-piercing fire alarm messed it up. Won’t be back.

Good Hotel in Good Location
Stayed here for a night on a road trip down the coast, and considered this to be one of the better stays we had. Got in late so missed the sunset, but the hotel is right on the bay and I would guess that pretty much all rooms have a view. Saw sea lions swimming around in the AM. Breakfast is minimal with no seating area. Hotel overall isn't fancy but is well maintained. Note that it's on the very southern end of Lincoln City, and while there are restaurants nearby, you may want to stop and eat before checking in if you're heading south like we were.

Magical
We stayed 9/21/2022 - 9/23/2022. This is my new favorite place. I almost don't want to rave about my experience there, because I don't want the competition, for my next reservation! The staff was wonderful, and even though we didn't have a balcony room, it didn't matter. The view out my window changed minute by minute. The wildlife that shows up, is amazing. Herons, seals, pelicans. You can see all the goings on, with people fishing, crabbing, clamming. OK, that's enough. I've said too much.

OYO needs to put money into this property.
This property is owned by OYO (look it up) and needs to put money into this property to bring it up to the level of their pricing. It is old and worn. Couch in our room was torn, fuzz balls on the chair, room needs painting, furniture chipped and scratched, caulking needed, the door was very hard to open or shut as it is not aligned property. The key card did not function property. If you have a low riding car, there is limited parking. The staff was friendly and did their best but clearly handicapped with their resources. The location is fantastic but we will take our money elsewhere. We had booked two nights and left after the first night.
