Nice front desk welcome. Big room with bay view. The folks above us - just walking across the floor - sounded like stomping but it wasn't too late. The bed was small - I think it was a double - but comfortable. The hall was quiet. The breakfast was lame, tho. We will definitely come back here. Great coffee shop nearby.

December 21, 2025sally ostay ok, refunds not
the room is very basic, cable tv with no streaming access, the bed was ok, the room was clean. they do allow dogs. people at the front desk were quite nice and helpful. this hotel requires a security deposit, could be because I have dogs but I also paid a fee for them, I stayed a month ago and still waiting for that to be refunded. when I booked the room, which I did through their website, I booked it twice, thanks to their glitchy website. then I canceled that booking to change the date. they are happy to take my money, but not great about refunding. using the typical excuse, computer problems.

Worst hotel experience ever. Payed for two nights through Airbnb and we stayed the first night and were rudely yelled at and told to vacate immediately the second day. They claimed we didn’t have a second day booked and the room was already taken for the night. To reiterate we payed for TWO nights, through the same app. And were kicked out VERY rudely. The man running this hotel was incredibly rude to my entire family and I. We talked to the people who booked us through Airbnb and they said that this situation shouldn’t be happening and they the hotel was wrong and this man wouldn’t listen and frankly didn’t seem to care. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, crummy hotel not even worth the hassle.

We have been coming here for a while. We loved it till this last time July ( 13 to 15 th ) room 308 .... The room smelt like someone roasted a ham all night. The other thing we dealt with is the fan was blasting and no light off. So with no batteries in it ( or not working ) we couldn't turn off / down the fan or use the light. I did tell the manager about it. He didn't say much other than ok. Other than that breakfast was decent. Employees were friendly. I'm sure we will come back. Highly skeptical though. Rooms were little high priced even for summer. Check your room make sure if it's what u want.

Warning! Scammers, Fraud!
Just terrible… Booked for 2 nights, stayed one night, and for the second night our reservation paid for several months ago was simply canceled without explanation. And we only found out about it at the hotel when we checked in. There is no refund yet. The administrator is very rude and not polite. The rooms are also terrible, the furniture is old. The door in the toilet did not close properly. The toilet did not flush well. And take gel and shampoo with you. There were 4 of us, and there was only enough for 1 person 🤯🫣 And if you are counting on an ocean view, then take binoculars. SCAMMERS, do not book this hotel!!!
