Stayed March 14, 2026. First time. Will definitely stay again. Quiet. Walking distance to good eats, etc. Dog friendly. Super comfortable bed, cozy high-back padded arm chairs, lots of room, decent internet. Obviously owned by people that care. I loved it. Did I mention quiet. I agree with best reviews on Yelp. BTW- Prineville has great rockhounding and I highly recommend this place.

Great Inn. Clean and feels like home.
The room is very clean and feels like home with cozy furnishings that don’t look like cheap mass produced junk. Good quality coffee enough to make well more than just one cup. Great staff. Highly recommend this Inn when visiting Prineville.

We enjoyed our stay at this very clean, comfy motel. It's pet friendly (even though this time we didn't bring ours) which we will utilize on our next stay here. This was the first time we stayed here (we have family in town, but prefer peace and quiet for sleep so we always lodge elsewhere) and it met our expectations. Beds were comfortable, there is cable tv and a cozy sitting area in the room. Staff very nice and helpful. We'll make this our "go to" place when we visit in Prineville.

What can you expect from a Motel? Clean room, clean linens, comfortable beds and air conditioning. I give it 3 stars. It’s an older property it’s been used. But it’s not gross. It’s - it’s fine. I didn’t expect much from the room and I wasn’t disappointed. What I was surprised about ... such friendly people working there. The owner is sweet and so nice. If you’re in Prineville - Stay here it’ll do just fine.

Clean, quiet, rooms. Staff very friendly and kind! Western decor made me smile! We were traveling with a dog and pleased to find that this establishment is dog friendly! Only $10-15 extra for pet fee. Old building but clean and cute. Amazing hanging petunias festoon the length of the building!
