My Amazing Tara
Tara checked me in. I can’t say enough about just how amazing and helpful this beautiful woman treated me. She listened to me complain after I had a 16 hour workday…without missing a beat, Tara is the kindest hardworking woman I have ever met. Thank you my new friend !!😁 Your compassion during my check in was greatly appreciated!!!🙏🙏🙏☀️☀️☀️Thank you Roadway Inn Medford Oregon … very clean and quiet

Disappointed and grossed out
On the plus side, the room did not have an odor, the water pressure in the shower was great, with plenty of hot water and there were lots of channels on the tv. However, the floor was dirty. A hard surface floor only needs to be vacuumed and mopped, but this seemed to not have been cleaned in a while. Under the bed were used tissues and lots of dust bunnies. The mattress was sloped to one side and the linens looked used - wrinkled, loose on the mattress. The bathroom had broken tiles and the toilet seat had many spots where the paint had worn off. The mini fridge freezer had no door and was iced up. The online photos and reviews do not reflect our experience. The dirty floor and what seemed like a slept-in, worn out bed assured I won’t stay here again.

A great value in Medford, OR
Rodeway Inn Medford is a well run property. It is an older motor hotel near restaurants, food carts and grocery stores. Rooms are clean with basic amenities and comfortable beds.

outside is nice, inside is unclean and stinks.
the beds were made, but still dirty. the floors were dirty, there was a bug in the bathroom sink, and an earplug was in the stained bathtub. i also found spiders in the bathroom. worst of all, my room smells horrendous, like burning plastic and mud, i can barely breathe this air for five minutes without having to cover my nose with my shirt. the area is also unsafe and i heard a lot of arguing coming from outside and saw sketchy people. "there arent any sketchy people here" you may say, but ive lived in oregon for nearly 8 years and i know how to detect tweakers. the front desk lady was nice, i guess, but i also barely spoke to her. the outside is very nice, and i feel like its overcompensating for the inside. FYI, most of the 4-5 star reviews were most likely written by bots.
