Our room did not have a view of the water since we were street side (quite too) ~ but the room was clean close to office if we needed anything, close to a sonic just up a small hill from our room, near the breakfast room too. Breakfast was basic continental but had a cute fun Pancake Machine ( I have never seen before this place). Only 3 table downstairs but you can walk upstairs with your food and enjoy a better view and eat up there. Bathroom was clean and had small travel size available items mid range for price and parking is free

Pros: Location (very close to town) Parking (ample & convenient) Cons: That overhead bridge is NO JOKE!! Kept us awake all night. Sounded like a freight train - the walls literally shook. For this reason, we would NOT recommend this location or stay here again. The walls are extremely thin in this older hotel, and there's not a darned thing they can do to rectify the noise from the bridge. No bueno!!

Fantastic location to walk into Old Town restaurants, shops & ice cream. Very clean - I walked barefoot across the laminate and never had a single speck on my feet. Very nice staff. Our ONLY complaint would be the noise from other people - both above us and rolling suitcases across the wooden walkways. It was bad. Maybe we had kids above us for both nights, but we thought it was Sasquatch bowling.

Older roadside motel on the river, next to the bridge and sops/restaurants. So convenient for sure. Riverview was nice, saw some seals, but bridge noise was always present. Furniture is old and faulty. A heavy cabinet door fell on my partner and injuring her within minutes when first entering the room. It seemed serious at first and was offered a cold pack at the front desk, but not much more. Luckily a hospital visit wasn’t needed, but the staff didn’t follow up.

Great mattress, clean room
Room was a good size for 2 Queen beds. Mattresses were excellent. Room very clean. Staff professional and nice. Love the location of this hotel - right by the coffee shop and all the Old Town restaurants!
