Wonderful place to stay in Eugene, Oregon

I and my wife travel frequently and found our stay at this location was superb. As we have stayed here on an extended basis, the service provided was excellent, the hotel is clean and well cared for. Can’t say enough about the staff! From housekeeping , to the front desk , the maintenance staff and the awesome breakfast served everyday by Miss Jessica . Can’t recommend this hotel enough. 5 stars .

Terrific staff during a three-month stay

Can't say enough good things about the staff at the Residence Inn by Marriott Eugene-Springfield. My 88-year-old mother was out of her home for three months while crews repaired severe water damage from an overflowing toilet. The staff made her welcome, providing additional housekeeping and maintenance support, and helped her when she needed occasional assistance at the breakfast buffet or was managing her her dog. The front desk made sure she received packages and mail promptly and let us know if mom was feeling a bit under the weather. Across the board, a terrific, caring, and attentive staff at a very comfortable hotel.

This hotel is wonderful. We are here on an extended stay so myself and my wife get to see the staff on a daily basis. From the kitchen staff , front desk and maintenance staff go above and beyond to make our stay here as positive as possible.

15 Minutes From Airport

This hotel is close to the airport , college stadium, shopping and restaurants. Also close to the trail that runs along the river. The room was clean and spacious and breakfast was good. Front desk personnel were all nice and helpful. They bedding was comfortable.

Wonderful hotel and property

Such a surprise in this era of travel challenges and disappointments to find such a well-run and well-maintained hotel. From the sparkling pool to the pristine room to the skillful hospitality of the staff, it stands out. The front desk people were a delight to interact with and the housekeeping staff is clearly top-notch. Also, none of the middle of the night noise issues I've encountered lately at various (usually Courtyard) Marriott properties. This hotel is a home run. I will be visiting again soon.
