Great “Room” Start for Our Winter Road Trip
Spent one night in Bend after driving all day. Totally enjoyed the spacious studio room complete with all appliances, a swivel -smart TV that enabled us to watch streaming services on couch or bed. Good location, very clean and helpful staff. NOTE: prepare yourself for a mandatory $15/night parking fee

Hello, as the title to my review states my last stay here was completely average. Unremarkable in every way and I’ve stayed here many times and as I stay around 75 nights a year at Marriotts. Is average the best they can do? It’s not a cheap hotel by any means. The breakfast was average Marriott prison food on paper plates and plastic silverware all going in the garbage yet they claim to be so environmentally friendly with the towels and housekeeping the irony. The last of the toiletries (lotion) has vanished from it seems Residence Inn’s, I stayed at two separate hotels and both no longer have it. Can’t wait to see what’s next to go? Laundry bag? Conditioner? Guests cannot open the windows at this hotel which is a shame because Bend is all about fresh air. The fan on the HVAC also will not run all night if you like that white noise or for circulation it shuts off after it gets to that desired temp so no circulated air. Unfortunately this also means you hear the people above you stomp around and you follow there footsteps on the ceiling. Otherwise it’s a fine hotel on a great location but could use some customer care. Good luck!

Great stay, nice area.
We stayed here one night and the only thing that I could think to complain about was the young man on the front desk wasn't the least bit friendly or welcoming. We did our laundry at another hotel but when we saw the one at this hotel, we wish we had waited and done it here. We have stayed in a number of Residence Inn's, and this one was lovely, new looking and spotless, although the room was a bit smaller than the one's we have had in the past. We had some trouble with the lock on our door working properly and the breakfast, although very nice, ended at 9am, earlier than any hotel on our trip. They had a great pool and hot tub area. There are two elevators and of a good size which is so much better when everyone is checking out in the morning. The hotel looks to be in a very good, safe area. We would certainly stay here again.
