Our bed was not clean...
The manager, Daniel, was not friendly at all; he seemed very unhappy. It was very uncomfortable interacting with him during our short conversation. He seemed annoyed right off the bat. We were given a key card from Daniel to a room that was occupied. We went back to let him know, and he did not apologize but promptly gave us a new room. Much later that night when we returned to our room and it was time to go to sleep. We pulled down the sheets on one side of the bed and there were crumbs (or something brown) spread out with hairs. We pulled down the sheets on the other side, and there were large stains that we both definitely thought were from bodily fluids. We paid $190-something for the night. We called the lobby and asked for the bed to be remade. Celeste came to help us; she was very kind and took her time making the best despite that it wasn't her job nor her fault. I tried to upload the photos of the stains, but its giving me an "error."

Stay away!
They will charge you outrageous rates and say the rates “change”. Quoted $200, said they were sold out at other rates then charged us $379. Went online to consider staying another night and the rate was $ 293! It’s a crappy motel 6 with less amenities. Super run down and not full staffed. Beds were comfortable.

It’s ok nice concept but not extremely safe
Although I like the concept of this hotel there are a few things lacking. They have no onsite laundry, the book most construction companies that have large equipment and several vehicles making the already jam packed parking lot that much harder to get into. But because of this concept there’s really not a lot of safety features in place. Luckily I travel with a very protective very large dog. I took him out one early morning and walk around the corner about three doors down from my door and a homeless person was sleeping there against the wall. They close their office around 11 pm and don’t reopen into 5 or 6 am. There’s no security and no outside phones in case of emergency. Had I been alive who know what could have happened or if this person was dangerous. Not very comfortable for woman traveling alive with no protection.

Rockin' Staff!
Because I really needed a break from full time caregiving, even though my husband and dog came alone, we enjoyed a few days away from home. When we arrived on the evening of April 29th, I discovered the reservation had been made for the previous night (I did it!) Have never done that before but the friendly, compassionate staff and the miracle worker manager (Rachel) understood the situation and only charged us for the night we actually stayed, even though she didn't have to do that! You gals rock!

Typical red lion bit their advertised EV chargers are not powered.
Typical red lion. Clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy. Good breakfast.. Near bend and multiple highways. Dog friendly. Landscaping a bit sparse compared to the locale (not counting highway). Only problem is they advertise EV chargers and while they exist they aren’t powered on, so therefore they are useless. If you don’t need to charge a car and you like red lions, stay here.
