September 16, 2024Tom DQuiet Stay near the Columbia River
For Seniors - NO ELEVATOR. Check prior to get a lower floor room. Away from the more costly places nearby, attached to the golf course. Columbia river view in walking distance. Restaurant on site was a plus. Breakfast was basic, but it filled the stomach for the days trip. Fuel 2 blocks away. Herminston an easy 10 minute drive for all other things. Easy access from freeway.

Michael at the front desk!
Michael at the front desk was Awesome! Also, the general manager was very helpful. Michael bent over backwards to help us! What a gem of an employee! Great stay. Huge, comfortable room! Very convenient location! Thank you! I would highly recommend this hotel. Very quiet location!

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I booked it cause it had an “indoor pool” nope sure didn’t! Pools outside and seasonal, they do not have a hot tub. My daughter and I checked in and left when about our day, came back around 630 at night, and our door handles and lock are missing and our door is wide, opened no one to be seen, no one at the front desk… so after waiting for about five minutes somebody comes walking up and I tell the lady because I’m pretty irate at this point that my door was wide open with all our stuff in they and the lock and handle is missing. She tells me that they are changing locks and shouldn’t have went into our room. The guy left for the night! She ended up moving us rooms, we move upstairs and there is people in the room next to us partying. Loud as all could be, banging around, our floor was shaking. So the next morning I go down and talk to the manager, he tells me there’s nothing he can do about it, wouldn’t refund my money when I checked out early…. I wasn’t going to stay another night. The room was okay, the bed linen was gross ! So save you money and go somewhere else!

We spent one night here in June and was checked in by David, and although it wasn't terrible, it wasn't great either. Pros - Good Bed, and linens, Microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker, large room with new carpet. Cons - Mold in the grout around tub shower, vanity was unusable with a tall bowl on a tiny tall vanity, and though I am 5' 3", I could barely reach it to wash my hands. ( There is a long microwave counter in the bedroom, they could put up a mirror with a light, and make that a usable space. Nick was great in the Breakfast room, setting out the food at 6AM, instead of the posted 7AM, Fresh Waffles, Boiled Eggs, Burritos, Fresh Fruit, Cereals, Yogurts, juices and Coffee. We would not stay again.

They were so incredibly kind!
I visit this area often and will always stay here! Not only are the rooms reasonable and clean, recently I booked a room through a thrid party sight so that I could attend my son's basketball games. We live in Rural NE Oregon and the team goes over and stays the night to play 2 different area schools. The game was rescheduled and even though I had booked a non refundable room they allowed me to cancel it with NO penalty and rebook it for the correct dates. Now that is service and how you keep a loyal customer! Thank you so much!!!!
