When I arrived to my room, it was absolutely freezing. I cranked the heat, but it took forever. Finally I ended up going to the lobby for an hour to warm up. I went back to my room, but it was still cold. I then decided to take a hot shower. Not a good first impression.

Business trip
The staff at Phoenix Inn were great! It was also very nice to be greeted with fresh chocolate chip cookies upon our arrival! And the continental breakfast was great!

This was a nice hotel and easy to get in and out of for business. Parking was complimentary, which is always a plus. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great Stay
We love our stays at the Phoenix Inn! The staff is incredible especially to the grandkids ( giving them warm cookies) The pool is super clean and we love the breakfast. Always great varieties and clean

A good place to stay. Recommend better lighting design in the dining area so the lighting isn't so harsh.
