Better Than Ever!

Our 14th year staying at Pelican Shores. We tried a winter visit (in addition to our week in August) to see how different the beach is. Very interesting the amount of rocks one never sees on the beach in summer when the sand covers everything. And no crowds in Lincoln City. Pelican Shores just keeps getting better and better. New smart TVs, furniture, quality linens, and daily housekeeping is back! The front desk staff is one of the best in the business, especially since their new manage has come onboard. Continental breakfast and enclosed, heated pool make this property the best value on the coast! Looking forward to August!

Oceanfront lodging at its best

Oceanfront rooms, where the sights and sounds of the surf are close up and soothing! Room was clean, staff very efficient and accommodating. Simple breakfast choices included healthier options. In room and lobby coffee is a local roast. Beach access easy, with miles of beach to walk. My favorite oceanfront lodging in Lincoln City!

A slice of "calm" within a storm!!

We really like the room, ammenities and location. We happened to be there during a very bad weather system: Ice and wind storm with very cold temps. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable even when the power went out and we lost the cable. The continental breakfast is very nice and appreciated.

Employees that go the extra mile!

Employees at Pelican Shores Inn went above and beyond expectations. After being stuck without accommodations in Depoe Bay as there was no power at our vacation rental. John and Danny made room for us at the PSI! We had a great room on the first night, then thought our rental would be useable. When power was still out they had a room again for us! After trying a third time we gave up. Loading and unloading is hard on these two older people! Danny not only made room for us to stay the rest of the week, but they adjusted the fee and gave us a suite with a beautiful view and excellent room. This was our 51st anniversary trip so being able to settle in for the week really lifted a weight off our shoulders. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean and the furniture are comfortable. We will be back again. This will now be our go to resort!

A solid option in Lincoln City

Older property but very clean and well maintained with easy close parking. Oceanfront rooms right at the edge of the beach with unobstructed panoramic views. Comfortable beds, good wifi and adequate TVs with good channel selections. We stayed at a neighboring property (Beachfront Manor) twice before and decided to try something new this year. We were not disappointed, although I did miss not having a hot tub on the balcony.

Virtual reality is almost as good as being there.
