We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with full kitchen and loved it. The place is immaculate with a large roomy and well equipped kitchen which gave us the ability to cook our own meals. The beds are very comfortable. The setting is quiet and private with a path down to the beach where you can walk for miles in either direction.

A Room and a Show !
The hotels is nice and clean. The people we had contact with were friendly and helpful and quick. After booking found out about the light show and that was just another great part of our stay at Pacific Reef. The beach was just down a path and we had a ocean view, not that we stay in rooms too long but it was a nice feature.

A great spot to enjoy the beach
Driving home from Portland along the coast on a spectacular day I spent too much time exploring the coast and not enough time driving so Gold Beach was my stopping place. I’ve stayed here before many years ago and loved it so I booked an ocean view room. It was great — even better than I remember. The room was spacious and fresh. The view is amazing. I sat on my deck on the rocking chair to watch the sunset and then watched the light show. I’d stay here again if I get a chance. Everything was clean, the staff was helpful, and the bed was comfortable.

Clean but run down, poor condition and outdated. Nothing terrible, but not a "vacation" - just basic accommodations. Steps to the unit were rotting and need repair. The light show was bogus - it started an hour later than advertised and was simply a promo for local attractions. I would not stay here again.

Wonderful property! Right on the ocean, could hear the waves crashing all night! I highly recommend!
