Good service

I was cautious as we pulled up because it looks dated outside. Inside was beautiful! The room was nice and bed was comfortable. We had a speedy check in and the manager that checked us in was later working in the restaurant during the free drink and appetizer time. She was super upbeat and gave good service despite wearing many hats and obviously short handed. The front desk girl was so helpful and got us extra towels and coffee. The hotel and room were clean and the hot tub was nice. Breakfast was ok but our potatoes were luke warm.

Good place to stay in Pendleton

Quality accommodations and service in Pendleton. The included breakfast was better than most because it was home cooked and served. The experience started out great because of the friendly and informative service by Brandon when we checked in. Very welcoming.

Definitely will return

Room was nice and clean, beds comfortable. The free reception with drink and soup was nice. The bartender was friendly. Chloey and Cayanne at the front were very kind and helpful every time we walked through.

WORST STAY EVER!!!

The worst stay with one of the Oxford Suites we have EVER HAD! Our toilet still had brown poop residue all over the toilet! Our T.V did not work,they replaced it,and the new t.v was not better, they comped us a new room for the next day only to say they never said that! I had proof they did,so they got in touch with the general Mgr and,gave us our room,the general Mgr going to call with follow up,never heard back! WORST OXFORD EVER!

Stop over stay

Great hospitality and service here at Pendleton. Rooms met our needs except for the road noise by our room. Suggest you ask for a room away from the road. Small lounge that serves food and drinks. Coffee in the rooms is completed by steeping a bag in hot water, which left many grinds in my cup. Will return as coffee is important for some patrons, but not a negative that will prevent a return stay.
