Clean, Friendly, and Exactly What You Need After a Long Drive
I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the past year, and this one genuinely stood out. I would absolutely stay here again—even if I had the budget for something more upscale. Motel 6 Medford North did not disappoint. After a long drive, I arrived around midnight and was greeted by a very kind and welcoming person at check-in, which immediately set the tone. The room itself was super clean, which matters more to me than anything. Yes, it has the basic setup—you might need to pull the nightstand out a bit to reach an outlet—but honestly, who cares? I needed a solid, comfortable place to sleep, and it delivered exactly that. Then I discovered the pool out back—crystal clear and an unexpected bonus. Compared to some places I’ve stayed recently—with barely warm water, loud heaters, missing basics like a tub plug, sketchy parking, and zero friendliness—this was a refreshing experience. Clean, simple, friendly, and reliable. I’ll definitely be back.

best stay at a motel6
Absolutely the best Motel6 I've ever stayed at!! The room was very spacious and the beds super comfortable!! As an added bonus, the shower was terrific - not the normal tiny box of a shower but a full sized shower with great water pressure!! Very close to food, shopping, and highways. A great find for the price.

You get what you pay for.
We got a down stairs unit 1st mistake but I don't do stairs to good, room was ok at best and im just talking about the floor, it was dirty, I dropped an ear bud and it went under the bed to the point I had to get on my knees to retrieve it, what I saw was a layer of dust and things I couldn't Identify, proceed to cleanse my ear bud and went to bed this was about 11pm soon after someone upstairs started walking hard back and forth like they were doing a marathon until early morning, bed was hard, but sleep able, desk attendant was excellent.

Stayed on three separate occasions - one time was ok.
I have stayed at this particular three times in the last forty some days. The first time it went rather well; the front desk clerk was very cheerful and upbeat and and very efficient with the check in process. Those are necessary qualities for staff in the hospitality field. I don't expect anything more than a clean room, that's really the minimum most people require when staying in motels/hotels, The second time was rather unpleasant - check-in was unfriendly and rather combative or rather confrontational. The floors of the room were filthy. Why is it so hard to get a room clean? A few steps around the room after a shower a nd my feet were black. The third time I stayed here, again, they confrontational-they should be far more concerned about the cleanliness of the rooms than having a battle of wills with guests. Priorities my fellow travelers, right? I was pleasant and composed and showed a little frustration with the bumpy check in process. Mind you, it was a over one hundred degree day. The corners of the rooms had a build up of crud and again, the floors were filthy. That will be the last night I stay in this motel.

Filthy with Bugs & Ripped Off
I stayed & paid in advance for 10 days in a Disability room. It was absolutely filthy everywhere. Requested Cleaning services & nobody EVER came, not even to change garbage, change towels or sheets. Even had to go to front desk for toilet paper. My friend was supposed to grab the stuff I couldn't take on the plane for donations. After being in the room, she wouldn't even put the stuff in her van. Said she didn't want to risk getting bugs. Taxi to airport that motel recommended showed up 45 min earlier then I reserved it for & said she got busy & we had to go now. I didn't even have time to check out properly so I called & lefty keycard in the room & shut the door. Just today the motel called to let me know that their Manager charged my Debit Card for an ADDITIONAL 7 DAYS!! I asked for the Manager but was told she didn't when he would be in but NOT TODAY!! She went on to say that they thought I was still staying there. And besides when people leave stuff behind, they are charged for at least 1 more day. Hmmm. I was charged for 7 DAYS EXTRA! I live on Social Security Disability ONLY! Be creful of you're going to stay here: bring cleaning supplies, bug bomb, disinfectant, your own sheets, towels, & garbage bags. They should RENAME this THE MOTEL DIY & BEWARE!!!
