This place does the job. A lot of people give Motel 6 a bad rap. Sometimes that’s justified, but not at this location. It’s not the Ritz (if you’re expecting that, why are you booking Motel 6?) but it has what you need for an overnight stay. A bed, a shower, a huge TV that actually works, fridge, microwave and WiFi that’s actually decently fast.

The place is in a good location, but is old and dated. The Manager was very nice and accommodating. There is no coffee making in the rooms. It looked like there were long term tenants in other rooms and they had dogs in the rooms barking which was a major turn off for us in a accommodation facility. We would not stay here again.

The manager was super sweet. The room was clean but the sink would not drain. It was 1am by the time we checked in so didn’t want to call the front desk for that. We didn’t use the shower so couldn’t speak to water pressure. We were literally there to sleep 6-7 hours then get back on the road.

Convenient & well priced
We stayed for a couple of nights, and ended up arriving around midnight due to delays. We were checked in quickly & efficiently, the room was nice, big & clean. I’d say the location was kind of central, a little on the outskirts of the main area. Some parts felt a little sketchy, I don’t think that’s the motel’s fault necessarily. We arrived in the middle of the night so I guess it won’t give the best impression, there’s a strip club & an adult store across from the motel, which I guess is all you’re likely to see at midnight as well. We did have a situation where another guest with his dog spoke to us whilst we were returning from our day out, it was all nice & friendly. Later on we had a pounding on our door, we looked through the peephole to see it was him. We didn’t answer as it felt a bit off. He went away & came back later & pounded even more vigorously on the door, & waited there for a long time. It didn’t escalate to us needing to call reception but I’m sure they’d have come & seen what was going on if necessary. I think the motel itself was great but I think the neighbouring areas & people felt a little sketchy at times.

Great Motel, great staff, great stay!!!
Best Motel 6 in Oregon and I’ve stayed at most of them! Angel who works front desk and Josh who manages the property, they go above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy. I stay here anytime I visit Bend and will continue to in the future. The remodel really makes a difference and the price was still reasonable!
