Stayed here for work. Great value and Clean but linens need to be updated, they are stained. Free breakfast, bowling alley next door.

Do not stay here, HORRIBLE STAFF....
The staff was HORRIBLE!! The night clerk refused to give me new batteries for the TV remote, there was a message on the TV, that batteries were bad and it was barely working. I am severely handicapped and when I went back to front desk, I tripped and fell flat on my face, because the hall carpeting has some kind of tape, covering every seam, on the top of the carpet, yes, I have pictures. Luckily a person came by and helped me up!!! The next morning I had a medical emergency and was therefore late checking out. At 15 min late, a man came asking WHEN was I going to leave. I told him right away, had emergency. 15 min later he is knocking again and was very rude about it. I told him, quit bothering me and I can get going!!! Argument ensued, his name was Josh, I believe. I tried to tell him about falling night before, he replied it was because I can't walk very well!!! HE IS RIGHT, that is what handicap means. He argued more with me and told me to GET OUT NOW!!!! I told him he was not a gentleman and should be ashamed of himself. I told him fine, charge me for the hour I am now late and I will charge them for my injuries of my fall. Again he screamed at me, JUST GET OUT!!!! I have never been treated so horribly in my life....because I was very sore from my fall, I was having trouble getting everything, he did not offer to lift on finger, just his mouth was moving....I am a Wyndham Rewards member and have stayed in their establishments in the last 7 of 8 nights..

RIP OFF!
I made a reservation and due to a fall, broke my ribs. I couldn't make the 4.5+ hrs. car ride, the whole trip was cancelled. With broken ribs it's very painful just to breath. I canceled reservation (same day) And was charged THE FULL AMOUNT. I asked for some grace, a ONE TIME consideration. That was denied. I spoke to a GM who asked me for proof, I provided that. They stopped responding to me. I was a repeat customer. I have family in that area. I'm baffled that they would loose a repeat customer over a one night reservation. Held for a short period. But that's where we are. I paid $225 for NOTHING. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HOTEL. THEY ARE AWFUL HUMANS. Every other reservation cancelled for this same trip was completely free of charge. We cancelled several days in advance. This company charged THE FULL AMOUNT. Karma IS a thing.

older hotel with a fresh remodeled look. bathroom small sink outside area. s[ring mattress , no lamps but really bright lights over headboards. pool gated with chairs for watching kids. elevator tired looking. standard breakfast.

It was a great place to stay at the last minute when I decided not to drive all the way back to Winnemucca Nevada.
The bed was very comfortable the room was clean. The lady had checked us in was very friendly and gave us good advice where to go eat. She also was straight up and told us that the jacuzzi wasn't heated because it needed to be fixed. I appreciate that.
