I stayed here with my son after being in the sunstone mine digging all day. Checked in around 10 or 11 pm. We took showers and went to bed. We left before check out. A day after staying, my bank account was charged an additional $50. I called the manager and questioned the charge. He told me I was charged because one of the wash cloths was dirty and wouldn't come clean. The towels have faint stains to begin with and are Dollar Tree quality. So apparently if you're in need of a shower, this is NOT the place! You can not take a shower here if you're dirty and use a wash cloth that's been washed and reused a billion times by numerous previous guest and have it not be white or you'll be charged $50!!! The rate of my room was $73! You're telling me a used wash cloth is $50? This place is discriminatory towards Caucasian people. If it's not because I'm white, then how do you justify this? Charging almost the same price as the room for a night for a used wash cloth they probably paid less than 50 cents for. The manager was borderline rude while checking in as well and kept asking multiple times if I had a pet with, which I didn't but kept being asked. I do not recommend this place. I had no complaints other than the TV not working until I saw the additional $50 charge on my bank statement a full day after the fact

Amazing stay, clean rooms, staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a great time being close to downtown with the events happening and great food all around! Definitely would recommend!!

BAD Customer Service
NEVER EVER STAY at this hotel!!! I had a funny feeling about them when I made my initial reservation, the clerk was hard to understand and I never got a confirmation email for the room. I called back 6 days prior to checking in to CANCEL my reservation, once again I never got an email regarding the cancellation and THEY CHARGED MY CARD anyways as a no show. Complete B.S!!! The manager talked over me when I asked why they did that, was rude and didn’t offer any sort of apology or anything. A big reason I didn’t stay here was because I had visions of bed bugs crawling on me because I DID NOT get a good vibe from this place upon first contact. Take your chance on a crappy stay and being charged even if you cancel your reservation.

Great stay, nice rooms and friendly staff!
The room was very clean and cozy. It has a modern day setup with nice furniture and comfy beds for sure. My only complaint would be they didn't provide any soap in the bathroom, but other than that our stay was great! They even allowed our fur baby to stay as well! Definitely be back in the future and recommend to our friends and family.

Gross & Dirty! Hair on the pillow and in bathtub
Gross! Room had not been cleaned! Big clump of hair on shower wall and hair in the bathtub. Hair on the pillow and crumbs and black spots on the sheets and pillowcases. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way. Flying bugs swarmed outside the door and dead bugs along the door frame outside and also inside on the floor. Floor was really dirty. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable and went to a nice hotel instead. The front desk guy admitted it was unacceptable and said they were having a bad day. So apparently if it’s not a good day for them they just rent out dirty rooms. Yuck!
