Why are you reading this? Just book it.
Loloma Lodge is one of those places that you stay at and temporarily forget that the world beyond the property line exists. My family, consisting of 16 people and 3 dogs, rented out various locations on the property for the weekend, so I can speak to multiple of its assets. The riverside cabins are these little pockets of vintage warmth where one could easily lose track of time (and your phone). The lodge itself is a time capsule nestled in one of Oregon's most beautiful regions. You walk through the front door, hear the threshold creak beneath your boot, and you're transported to a time and place where Labubu delulu doesn't matter. This place is statuesque, lived in, and has adapted through the ages - that's all part of what makes this place legitimately, academically magic.

Great getaway in the woods!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at one of the Riverside Cabins! The river was so peaceful right outside our door, and the cabin was cozy and fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

Stay is fine but do not book this as a wedding venue
Location is amazing! However: Management: is terrible and could potentially ruin the most important day of you or your loved ones life. My sister got married here and I just now realized I never wrote a review. I do day of planning for people and will never forget how the owner of this company spoke to my sister on the day before her wedding. The space will always hold a special place in our family as her now sweet husbands mothers ashes were spread in the area. That sentiment and the love around was very much the highlight of the day despite the owner Wallis. The issue with the owner/management, really its just Wallis, is they are not supportive to things that might occur on or before events. I am tempted to copy and paste the email that the owner sent to us the day before the ceremony so others thinking of booking this place can see how the owner communicates. Their staff is so kind but they did confide in us that the owner should not be communicating with guests and or brides as they do not have customer service skills to handle things that come up. This venue due to the owners unsupportive and rude tone totally ruined many peoples experience that attended my sisters wedding.

Wonderful dog friendly lodge on the river
Place is wonderful. Rustic comfortable cabins right on the river. Lots of nice little touches like a comfy bathrobe and coffee supplied. (One little oddity no toaster or anyway I couldn't find it.) I came with my pooch and really appreciated how dog friendly it was! Dog blanket and waste bags provided. Dogs can be off leash if behaving. Although lodge is on the main road the cabins are far enough away from the road so you are really in the woods. Good privacy between you and other cabins. The river isn't swimmable in this area - steep banks, fast current, and big rocks but there is one place on the property where you can walk in and there is a little eddy so while you can't swim you can safely take a dip. Great location for exploring all the many outdoor adventures to be had in the area. Absolutely loved it and will definitely be going back.

McKenzie Riverside Cabin
Serene setting on the McKenzie River with beautiful grounds and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen had everything we needed. Messaged host when the grill ran out of propane and she arrived with a new one within a few minutes. Super pet friendly. I love that they provide a dog blanket and waste bags.
