Close to perfect

This is probably a 3 star facility, but they make it better than that. Rooms are just beyond basic, but immaculate with all needs met. Hot springs water only available with in room tubs, but the sulfur smell while present is not overwhelming. Hot tub outside is regular water but a good one. Grounds are peaceful and beautiful. Breakfast is good, more on healthy side, great coffee and service. All staff were kind and helpful. Main lodge is great. Highly recommend

Probably our last time staying here

We have been staying here almost every year for almost a decade, but this will probably be our last. The comforter had stains that I would not want to take a black light to. The microwave and fridge were poor quality. It took three times the amount of time to heat something in the microwave. The fridge leaked water all over the bottom shelf and soaked what food we brought. The ice bucket had trash in it. One of the corner in the bedroom had so many cobwebs it looked like a haunted house. They said the pool was heated, but then said they don’t heat it outside of the summer months.

From the drive in their parking lot to the beautifully appointed lobby, we felt like we landed at a great place. Which we did. Cookies to greet you, smiles all around, bright white and yellows for decor to make us happy, all worked! Then the 'tea time' with scones and delicious teas in china cups, plus fresh fruit, all included in our nights stay. Wow. The room was so lovely, spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the mineral water spa bath in our room. what a treat all around. We'll be back!

The Perfect Resort!!!

This was the ultimate resort: Pool, hot tub, spa….our bungalow was the perfect size and positioned for privacy, easy parking and access. Great staff! But the outstanding parts were the food: Cheese boards with just the right stuff and the breakfasts were best we have ever had—scones, bread pudding, perfect fruit and oatmeal!!!

If it’s a resort let it be your last

The water in the rooms smells like sulfur. It is the only water available to clean yourself with. My hair smelled like it the whole trip even through the smell of my shampoo. When I asked for extra towels they had hair on them and I asked for clean ones which were provided but I watched the front desk clerk put the hairy towels back on the shelf for the next person. The room was clean and cute but the bed was very lumpy. Also the room was extremely humid and there were lots of bugs in the room. Mostly flying pests, they do have signs explaining that they don’t want harsh chemicals on the grounds but it still seemed like a lot of bugs were in the room. We didn’t leave our door open or anything. Grounds are lovely but don’t justify $300 night charge. You can hear the highway from everywhere on the grounds. Falls significantly short of the title of resort.

Probably our last time staying here

Trurly a pampering and relaxing resort

The Perfect Resort!!!

If it’s a resort let it be your last
