The hotel was basic. The area around it seemed run down making the first impression poor. The check in was smooth. The associates were polite and helpful when asked about local places we were planning to visit. The room had the standard overpowering air freshener. We were on the third floor and the window was able to be opened about three inches so we could air out the room. The room was pretty clean except for the mold on the bathroom ceiling. It felt cramped with two queen beds and a chair in the corner. There was only space for one person to walk through the room at a time. The mini refrigerator was not very cold, the temperature dial was missing, and there wasn’t a freezer to refreeze the ice packs, but there were several ice machines around so we managed. The internet was poor and dropped regularly or was throttled to be unusable. The breakfast was included and was fine. The self-serve waffles were a nice bonus. At 7:30AM there seemed to be enough seating in the dining room. There was a small area next to the front desk with snacks and drinks for purchase which was expensive but convenient. We did not use any other amenities. We would stay here again but would try to find other accommodations first.

Extremely loud property, day and night. Advised hotel staff and nothing was done about it. Mind you the only thing this place has to sell is sleep, and they failed at that.

We came to This LaQuinta after having a rough check in at our last hotel and it was amazing!!! Meadow helped us and not only professional, SUPER helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again next time in OR. Big thanks Meadow for making our stay so enjoyable!!!
