Use Wyndham Points for this. Okay Hotel
This is a good hotel. Pricey but still great if you book with points. The room size was good, no smart tv which kind of sucks for Wyndham Hotels since Marriott, Hyatt, and others offer it. The WiFi was super SLOOOW. 3.1 megabits per second on download and 0.21 on upload. My 5G network is faster than that! The e checkout did not work there. The carpet was dirty. Good: Room size amazing Spacious Good Breakfast (they call it a buffet but it is avg with bread, waffle, muffin, bagel, etc.) There is a pool (though as of right now it is closed for maintenance) The location is great. Right in the middle of Bend. The checking Staff was really really kind Bad: The carpet was dirty. My feet got black. WiFi is super slow No Smart TV To summarize, a great hotel. And a great deal if you buy with Wyndham Points. But cleanliness is something they should take care on...

Perfect place for a quick overnight
Stopped overnight on a roadtrip and had a lovely stay. It's a no frills place, but our room was perfectly clean and reasonably well maintained. Beds were super comfortable. What really stood out was the service. Each staff member we met was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Special shout out to Steve who does a great job with the breakfast room.

Convenient Location, But Property Needs Major Improvements
Pros: The hotel’s location is a strong point, directly across from both Walmart and Safeway, making it easy to pick up groceries and essentials. Cons: Unfortunately, the property itself is in poor condition and appears overdue for updates. The beds were uncomfortable, with noticeable indentations that made for a less restful stay. The box spring lining was worn and hanging down, and there was no proper bed frame or barrier to prevent items from sliding underneath. The in-room thermostat did not function properly and did not control the heating or air conditioning. We had to open a window and run the AC by adjusting the temperature from the unit itself. Just to keep the room at a reasonable temperature. Thank goodness that the WiFi signal was strong because the TV remote didn’t work. So, no TV for us. The breakfast had wet, runny scrambled eggs and cold sausage. The waffle maker did cook the waffle all the way through. There was cold cereal and a variety of packaged bread and bagels available. Additionally, the pool and spa have reportedly been closed by the County Health Department since January. This was not clearly communicated in advance and significantly impacted the overall value of the stay. Overall: While the location is convenient, the condition of the property and lack of functional amenities make it difficult to recommend without significant improvements.

Not a good review
Unpleasant to be in basement--radon? Small room. Bed very soft and bad for back. Pool closed. Paid extra for dogs but why? dog area all gravel and dirt. Note photos of king room on their site. Some show a loveseat and some show a single armchair. Armchair room is cramped and feels moreso because it's halfway underground.
