I was very disappointed with my stay. From the start, the customer service was poor. I received an email offering a promotional rate—one free night—but when I arrived, the promotion was mysteriously removed at check-in. The attendant couldn’t explain why, so we checked out and found another place. Additionally, when we checked in, it was quite warm, and we asked for a fan and instructions on how to use the heat later that evening. When we returned from the beach, we found that the maintenance technician had come in and turned all the heaters on in the house—every single one—making it even more unbearable. To top it off, I left a couple of personal items in the cottage, and despite calling three times to have them shipped back (offering to pay for the cost), no one ever returned my calls. I was always told to talk to housekeeping. and still, no resolution. Children were in the cottage next to us and it was extremely noisy. Lastly, parking was a total nightmare! I would not recommend this place!

Cute and convenient location
Such a cute place! Colorful little buildings grouped around a central fountain and flower garden provided a picturesque place to stay during our time in Cannon Beach. Plenty of convenient parking even though it may not seem like it at first glance. The room was cute and well-appointed with extra blankets, a little faux fireplace on the wall and adjustable heater. We needed it because it was unseasonably cold. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops.

The internet kept going out on us when we were trying to watch a show/movie, which was extremely frustrating. We were put in a room right by the road which I didn’t understand because there were not that many people staying there the same time as us. This was a special trip with my daughter before she has her first baby, so a bit disappointed from website to what I got. When we first got there the room smelt like chlorine, which I love cleanliness but this was strong, when we had no bar soap in the bathroom I asked the front desk for some and she said the housekeeper said it was in the shower, like I wasn’t telling the truth. I will choose a different place to stay next time, disappointed, this place looked so cute and homey online.
