Futuristic Check-In and a Comfortable Stay
One of the biggest surprises during check-in was that there was no front desk staff—everything was handled through a self-service kiosk. It felt very futuristic and the process was quick and convenient. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The only drawback was the thermostat. While it seemed quite advanced, it wasn't very intuitive to use, and there were no instructions or a user manual available. A simple guide would make the experience even better.

Great Stay In Bend
This is a great spot to stay right in downtown Bend. It's close to all the great stuff including OSU. You can walk to a lot of the great spots down around the Deschutes brewery. The restaurant next door serves Mexican food and it's delicious. It's a family restaurant but they have a small bar as well. The beds are great and all of the staff that I was in contact with were excellent and very friendly

Accusations on stealing
I had a 3 night stay at this hotel in which they double billed me. After many attempts to contact management at the hotel, I was unsuccessful. I tried emails phone calls left multiple messages and got nothing 2 1/2 weeks later. still dealing with this then I find out through Best Western customer service after they had questioned the hotel management about my stay in my double billingthat they had evidence that I had stole something from their shop area, which is absolutely absurd and faults. They said they had video evidence. I asked for that evidence and they would not supply I find this appalling and disgusting to accuse me of this. Please continue to read all the reviews about this hotel as it is not a good placeto stay. The hotel itself is nice, but the management does not care about anything. I will be furthering this matter and get to the bottom of it. It’s disgusting how they treat people they never did get a hold of me never did tell me what I supposedly stole or showed me a video evidence so I have a feeling this isn’t the first time they’ve done this just to collect money from someone else’s pocket. What a disgusting hotel and the room was actually quite dirty in places the sheets were not changed.

2/5 Stars – Updated Review: Promises Made, Not Followed Through
I’m currently staying in Room 301 at the Peppertree Hotel, and this is an updated review based on how things have unfolded during my stay. After my initial 2/5 star review, the hotel staff clearly noticed it and reached out. They seemed genuinely concerned about the condition of my room and assured me it would be properly cleaned the next day at 10:00 AM. I appreciated the proactive response and was optimistic heading out for the day in Bend, expecting to return to a noticeably cleaner room. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I returned, the only visible change was that the bedding had been replaced. Everything else remained dirty. The bedside lamps, phone, walls, and high-touch areas were still visibly unclean. The shower, microwave, coffee maker, and coffee table were all still dirty, and even under the glass tabletops had clearly not been addressed. It was disappointing, especially after being led to believe a thorough cleaning would take place. At this point, it feels like the staff cares more about making you feel like they’re addressing the issue than actually following through. If cleanliness is a top priority for your stay, you may want to consider avoiding the Hotel Peppertree Bend Best Western Premier Collection. As of now, I likely will not be returning, but I will continue to update this review as my experience progresses.

Stay elsewhere
I stayed there this past weekend and had one of if not the worst hotel experience ever. First the walls of the rooms are very thin as you could hear everything in the rooms next door and they have a washing machine on the floors that shakes your room like a Boeing 747 if it’s running. I also had friends staying down the hall and they said they were kept up all night hearing running water from the plumbing in the walls. Management was unbelievably rude, condescending, and simply unhelpful. They rooms themselves look nice but were not clean and several of the things in the room didn’t work like the fridge and one TV. I would recommend you stay elsewhere as I know I will in the future.
