Three adults. We stayed 5 nights. Peppertree was in the perfect location in Bend for our vacation visiting family. The parking spots are super tight, especially since most guests seem to be in larger outdoor adventure type vehicles. The hotel is new and clean. Water-cooler, floor lights, and USB ports in the lobby are not plugged in. The guest room is clean and beds quite comfortable. Housekeeping during guest stay is non existent. The sticker on bathroom mirror instructs guests to place trash can and towels outside of room to be refreshed. We got our can liner replaced, but no clean towels. We tried this twice in our 5 day stay and towels were not replaced either time. It felt bothersome to have to call the front desk for every need so we ended up doing without. The bathroom has two robe hooks for wet towels which isn't enough for the needs of a double queen occupancy room, especially if swim suits are needing to be hung as well. Entry hooks or shelf would be handy for jackets or bags since the closet is next to the bed inside the room. The laundry app for the third floor machines was user friendly. The AC unit was loud, smoke alarm on the ceiling flashed about every 5 seconds all the time, toilet tank refilled often. Angel at breakfast and Bianaca at desk were friendly staff members.

Staff extremely helpful and onsite amenities excellent. Parking has two entrances and was adequate. The location is a little removed from shopping and other dining options and hard to find at first. Great choice for mountain bikers who like roundabouts.

Futuristic Check-In and a Comfortable Stay
One of the biggest surprises during check-in was that there was no front desk staff—everything was handled through a self-service kiosk. It felt very futuristic and the process was quick and convenient. The room itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The only drawback was the thermostat. While it seemed quite advanced, it wasn't very intuitive to use, and there were no instructions or a user manual available. A simple guide would make the experience even better.

Great Stay In Bend
This is a great spot to stay right in downtown Bend. It's close to all the great stuff including OSU. You can walk to a lot of the great spots down around the Deschutes brewery. The restaurant next door serves Mexican food and it's delicious. It's a family restaurant but they have a small bar as well. The beds are great and all of the staff that I was in contact with were excellent and very friendly
