Hotel Elliott’s guestroom and suite accommodations were meticulously designed to blend the beauty of 1920’s historic architecture with the finest amenities you’d expect from a world-class hotel. Each guestroom offers a unique layout and experience but all have been finely appointed with rich linens, heated tile bathroom floors, handcrafted cabinetry and original artwork.

Rene at the front desk was wonderful. He is kind, compassionate, friendly and overall a great human. He greeted me by name each time I walked through the door. He exudes the example of "excellent" customer service. Hotel Elliott has found a true gem in Rene. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to most everything.

Historic, boutique hotel

The Elliott is a classy place. Front desk friendly & helpful, breakfast service above average, beds comfy, bathroom floor heated, and wine bar on the weekends with a lovely bartender. Its location is in downtown Astoria, 1/2 block off the Main Street. There are many great restaurants within a block or two, including across the street. Shops and breweries are all around. It feels urban, yet there was always parking close by. Only complaint would be that rooms are small, but we would go to the rooftop (what a view) or lobby to hang out and enjoyed both. Rooftop needs renovation and requires walking up one flight of stairs. It is about one block to the water and an easy walk. The Sunday market takes place on the same street so can walk out door and be in a fair. Our “city view” room actually faced a parking lot, but it was not noisy. They say a bridge view is best, but that wasn’t available. In spite of the restaurants being super busy and hard to get into, the rest of the town didn’t seem too crowded for Memorial Day weekend. If you like older, smaller hotels versus big chain hotels, this place is for you.

Comfort for Body and Soul

This is a shy gem that does not present as flashy at first glance. Understated, but comfortable. Rooftop patio gives a 360 view of Astoria snd the river. Basement fitness center speaks to the elegance of times gone by. Robes, heated bathroom floor and common lobby.

Had just a fantastic time at this hotel the staff are second to none the food is fantastic the staff are so helpful and caring we have been up to the pool every day and the girl behind the bar kauzar and of course mauro so good really had a good time will definitely be back thank you for everything

We have stayed before at the Elliot And my gosh the standard has slipped No one to come clean the room A breakfast that is inedible The hotel not clean The price gone up for no reason The staff inept We won’t be back sadly
