Beautiful weekend in Astoria
Hotel Elliot is centrally locates do you can walk to just about any where you want to go. Several breweries are close by, great coffee and restaurants. Even the bowling alley was a fun. You can see forever from there rooftop garden.
Go Go Go here, its so cool
We had already been told how nice and affordable the hotel elliott was. And the rumors were true. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are small because it is old, but they are very updated with heated floors in the bathroom. But the deal breaker is the rooftop, and basement. They are worth the price. We stayed in room 206, it can get noisy because it is on the street, but its a good location.
This in town hotel is a great location from which to visit Astoria. It is walking distance from charming restaurants and the Columbia River. Breakfast is delicious and wine on the rooftop bar romantic!
Cute little hotel in downtown Astoria
My husband and I were excited to head out to the PNW Brew Cup/Fest finally this year and wanted to enjoy at least a day or two. My husband booked this place, which was walking distance from the brewfest. Very nice employees, and nicely decorated rooms. While the room we booked was a little small, it was perfect for an overnight. If we were to stay longer, we would book a larger room. The continental breakfast was much more than we expected (like actual hot dishes) and it was very good. Would stay again.
Nice Place at a Great Location
The Hotel Elliott is located in downtown Astoria and one can walk to the restaurants and shops. We had a guest suite which had a queen bed and a small refrigerator and microwave. It was a corner room with a sitting room. The sitting room had a corner fireplace. It was nice having a separate bedroom and sitting room. The bathroom was a nice size and had a heated floor. Aveda toiletries were provided. Bathrobes were provided for two people. The room had double windows which reduced the street noise. I was surprised how quiet it was for being in a downtown area. The rooftop terrace is very nice and has a fire pit. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The eggs benedict were not very good. I would stay here again if we decided to visit Astoria again.
