The pool had a weird film on top, green algae growing along the sides, hot tub was broken and tapped off.. Walked the manager in to see the pool and she didn't seem surprised, I asked her if she ever inspects it she said, no but I walk past it everyday... Her response; use the pool across the street, well...my kids don't need to walk across the street in 40 degree weather while wet. The rooms were not clean, the small of Marijuana coming from rooms was horrid. This place has really gone down hill The girl asked me 4 times how many keys I needed I said 2, she said 1, I said no...2, she said oh, okay I'll make you 1 and I said again...no I need 2 keys!!!

Need housekeeping , at least daily towels
I can understand not getting full Housekeeping but at least towel and bathroom cleaning . We went to ski and had to clean bathroom ourselves and use wet towels daily . Better to do air bnb next time . Btw we are diamond memebrs

The evening staff at this Homewood location were fantastic. Our family of six traveled nine hours to the hotel as our half-way stop, and felt welcomed and comfortable; even with four kids (5-14.) The 2 bdrm/2bath suite was perfect for our family! We stay in family suites all the time, and this felt so spacious. Highly recommend!

I’ve been staying at this property for 15 years and it has deteriorated over the years. The public spaces were not clean due to staffing shortages. If your not staffed don’t charge full price! TV and app digital key did not work.

The rooms are big with a living room area and full kitchen, which is awesome... HOWEVER... it was not clean.... like one of the pillows smelled like someone else's hair... the bathroom had a dirty floor... mold in grout lines.... I had severe allergies while I was there and I actully thought I might be getting sick, but when I left the next day, I felt better. The bedspreads, although white, were tinged brown and the towels were thrown onto the shelves in the bathroom and were so sloppy I thought they might have been the previous persons dirty towels that they attempted to fold. SUCH a bummer because the location is good and I really love the layout of the rooms.
