March 28, 2026A WHoliday Inn Express Pendleton OR renovation
When I called the hotel to make reservation at no time did the representative inform me that they are undergoing a huge renovation. The whole of the ground floor is bare studs and flapping plastic. Very unwelcoming. No breakfast area, had to pick up breakfast from fitness room and take back to our room. The room was adequate but the door was so badly fitting we could hear every noise from the hallway. We will not stay there again

I Was here for a work trip and I stay at many hotels, the Service at this particular location blew me away. Their front desk is so personable and helpful. There were a couple different breakfast attendants while I was there that should get a pat on the back, some of the best I have seen, One thing, I missed the bacon on this trip. They mentioned a renovation coming soon so I cant wait to pass back through and see them all again after its completed

ANOTHER AMAZING STAY (AGAIN)...!!!
We’ve been staying here for years and each time have been impressed at how thorough and thoughtful Crystal is on the front desk. She’s the GM here and it’s very much a perfectly-run establishment. Breakfast is outstanding: egg pockets (vegetarian, too), biscuits, breads/bagels, apples/bananas, yogurts, just about everything you could want at dawn. And there is coffee in the lobby starting at 4 a.m. Parking galore and it’s well-lighted and secure. We were fortunate enough to have the 2-Queen Suite with Additional Living Space, which makes for a lavish stay. The bathtub and wet-bar make it really special, as do the screened windows that open for a breeze and a magnificent view of the surrounding landscape. Thank you, Crystal — we wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here when coming through Pendleton.

Shabby! Shades are fraying on the edges, security lock is broken, leather on chair is peeling off. It would be ok for a Motel 6 but this puppy is over $200/night. Should be better maintained

Old and Unclean!
Upon arrival, the front reception was not friendly. The hallway carpets were dirty, and our room was not very clean. The hotel is outdated and in need of a major overhaul. Our room did not have a hairdryer, which I needed, and when I phoned the front desk, I was told they didn’t have any extras. The complementary breakfast was good. The front desk staff upon departure was sick and should not have been at work. She said she was sick often so had to live with it. I guess it was okay to come to work and cough all over spreading germs!
