Nice newer hotel—but…

Nice new hotel, comfortable bed, good bathroom. BUT don’t stay in room 215! That room sits above the hotel’s entrance, with its sliding doors. The sound is like someone moving furniture. All evening, into the night, early morning. They shouldn’t give that room to anyone without proper insulation against the sound!

Really pay attention to the room you get!

So there were a lot of things that were fine about this place. The breakfast is good the room was clean, etc. but room placement matters!!! We were in a room directly above the front entrance! Why this is a hotel room and not a work area I do not know! EVERY time the TWO sliding glass doors opened we heard it! All the time! It was miserable.

no hot water

$200 a night and can't even get hot water. went to the front desk this morning and they said they'd look into it. Just got back from work and its still cold. I'd check out the best western down the road.

RUDE staff, Very poor customer service.

I take my family to this hotel very often, The last time I stayed the staff was very rude, The workers acted like they hated working there or helping us. I wasted $400 for poor service! I called the hotel manager and she lied to me about adjusting my account. She lied to me, Just to get me off the phone. Very Sad

We stay here when visiting family in the area

We have stayed at this HI Express numerous times and have always enjoyed it. The rooms are clean and roomy. The staff has always been great. The breakfast is good, and the staff keeps it well-stocked and clean.
