Cleanliness - 4 (It was very well cleaned. There was a stain on the couch). Layout - 4 (Nice size room) Shower - 4 (nice and big - watch out for the extremely hot water) Bed - 4 Noise - 3 (toilet ran all night/ could hear neighbors/ the fridge was not balanced, so it made noises) Customer Service - 4 (very friendly in checking in and checking out. Although we mentioned the noises, and it was noted, it would have been nice to have a few dollars off.) Full breakfast - Not Used. But it looked good. Pool - Not Used. It was out of operation. Gym - Not Used. Cost 5- ($187 1 night)

Spent two nights at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised - the price for 3 of us for a room with 2 queen beds was wonderful, plus we got a full breakfast both mornings! The room was clean, the staff was very friendly Only negative was there weren't enough chairs in the room for the people staying in it, 1 of us always had to sit in one of the beds, which made it hard to play board games. The hotel had no extra chairs or card tables, or games on offer. Will definitely stay here again - there is lots we haven't checked out yet, like the pool, the gym etc.

This hotel was very clean, the breakfast was great. They have a Kurig in the room, as well as dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The staff was not only polite but very nice as well. They have tea, coffee, decaf and regular, and hot cocoa! I would definitely book this hotel again if I needed to stay in Lincoln city. Thank you so much to the employees!

Lovely Stay in Lincoln City

I wish all the Holiday Inn hotels had friendly staff like the one in Lincoln City, Oregon. This property was just outstanding and allowed me the quiet space to telework for a week. The hotel looks really new the moment you walk in and with the setup of the rooms. The breakfast was superb and you'll get the best customer service ever from Juan. Such a friendly individual - his smile each morning will make your day. The Safeway supermarket was within walking distance if you needed to get a snack. The there's plenty of other shops/restaurants within a 3 min drive. I'll say that I loved using Lincoln City as my staging area to go see places like Neskowin Beach and Drift Creek Falls. Look forward to staying here again!
