It's an older hotel with some wear and tear, but clean and comfortable. Our room had a bit of a musty smell, which improved when we left the window open. Conveniently located close to the airport, but still quiet.
At check in we were given keys to someone else's room. Thankfully, no one was inside, just their belongings. That made us realize we need to double lock our room door. Breakfast biscuits were hard, bacon was out for some time and orange juice was water. At checkout, they were not able to email me my receipt.
This is a great hotel for a stay if you are traveling on Interstate 5. The hotel is located directly off the highway and there are quite a few food and gas options nearby. I was checked-in by Sarah who did an outstanding job checking me in and making me feel welcomed. The hotel has a lot of amenities on the premises to include an indoor pool, fitness center and a good complimentary breakfast. It would enhance the fitness center, if there was a water cooler installed like most hotel fitness centers. The hotel is very clean and updated, I had a great stay.
We stopped here for a night while on a West Coast road trip. The staff were friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable within a good sized room. It was all clean and tidy. The shower was decent. Breakfast was good; loved the cheese omelette. I would definitely recommend and would return if in the area
This was an overnight stop on a long road trip. The hotel was well-located to get on and off the freeway and also very close to Medford. It looked like the hotel - or at least the room I was staying - had been recently refurbished as it was spotless. Good walk-in shower too. I would stay here again.
