This Holiday Inn Express location pretty much delivers what you would expect. It seems to be a relatively new and modern property that is consistent with what you would expect out of a mid-budget hotel. It's conveniently located just off of Interstate 5. Do be aware that it is adjacent to a truck stop so there is a good amount of truck traffic. Although the hotel is adjacent to I-5, and my room overlooked I-5, traffic noise was almost imperceptible and did not bother me. The hotel delivered on what matters most: clean bedding and linens, a comfortable bed, well-maintained common areas, functional technology (e.g. good WiFi, user-friendly TV), a seemingly safe and secure parking lot and building, and efficient check-in. Complimentary cookies at the front desk in the evening were a nice touch. As with many of these sort of smaller, 3-story hotels, I wish there were a stairway in the center of the hotel instead of stairs being located only way out on the ends. And having only one elevator is a bit limiting. The complimentary breakfast was mildly disappointing compared to my experiences at other Holiday Inn Express locations. Yes, they had the chain's signature decadent, gooey, warm cinnamon rolls. But there was no "real oatmeal", only instant oatmeal packets. The bananas were brown and overripe. And the hot offerings were not terribly impressive (e.g., pre-fabricated one-egg "omelets"). But, hey, it's not meant to be 5-star dining. And kids may like the pancake machine. The pool and fitness center looked inviting, but, alas, I had no time to use either. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again if I were to pass through the Medford area again.

Absolutely perfect
From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, Nothing but professional,courteous, and respectful service from every employee we had contact with. The pool was awesome as was the hot tub. The room was clean and the breakfast was so much more than expected. That coffee machine was pretty awesome!!!!! Thanks for being so amazing!!!

Stop On Way To Crater Lake
Stayed here on way to Crater Lake. Clean room and pool/hot tub area dated but clean as well. Free breakfast was good! Bacon and couple egg options along with all the other regular stuff. Really helps to have the breakfast to get the long day ahead going faster.

Very nice hotel!
We had the 2 queen bed suite and it was Definitely a 5 star. A nice and clean room, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, complimentary fruit infused ice water (yum), free breakfast both hot and cold items( didn't eat) inside pool and jacuzzi (unfortunately the pool was cold) and Alicia at the front desk was so friendly and helpful!! Thank you!! Only 2 complaints I have is the toilet was very low. I have bad knees and it was hard to get up and thete was no dark coffee in the room or at the coffee bar.
