Women’s retreat!
Wonderful views, wonderful room #346, and a good breakfast. I had a king bed, a big bathroom and a fireplace with a couch. It was so peaceful I had a hard time relaxing the first night! The river walk is beautiful and close to many things to do. The staff was very kind. I will definitely stay again.

Love the View of the Bridge from Our Room
This hotel is equipped with great views and is within walking distance of wonderful restaurants. The bridge is right outside your hotel offering an interesting photo opportunity. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Disappointing, given my normal HIExpress experience
The hotel location is amazing. However, the hotel itself needs some work. The wall paper was literally peeling off the walls in our bathroom & the soap dispensers were broken and empty with no other personal amenities offered. Breakfast was fair and poorly stocked.

Kinda gross
I work in hospitality and this is unacceptable cleanliness. I’m worried if my sheets were even changed. I mean it looks like housekeeping didn’t even try. Who is inspecting? Dust, fingerprints and beds halfway made and stains on the bedding …

Sad
The room was a mess upon arrival. Bed looked unmade with mascara or eye liner on the 2 pillow cases. There was something that resembled shredded cheese on the counter, window was open upon arrival, mirrors were filthy. Breakfast was non edible. Homeless people were right outside the hotel. They were camped out there and were defecating on hotel property. In the bushes by a hotel exit door was their toilet. The area had a lot of potential but, was sad and run down all the way around. I would not stay here again.
