Corporate should revoke their brand
By far the worst Holiday inn I've ever stayed at. Corporate should take their name back. 1. The rooms are nice and so is the view but my experience was so bad I will not go above 5 stars. 2. If you are anywhere near the laundry or stairs, move or ask to be refunded! They wouldn't move me and told me they "couldn't guarantee anything" when I made the request and have to return next week for work. Day 2 and haven't slept. 3. My toilet ran the entire first 2 days and I had to ask the front desk 4 times before it was fixed. 4. Despite the price being well above anywhere in the state, even Portland, upon arrival you will be informed you have to pay $10 per night to park and there is NO WHERE else to park! This is again something Ive never experienced ar any other Holiday inn ever. 5. Loud. Loud. Loud. the doors and walls are paper thin and if you have a choice to stay anywhere else, I encourage you to do so. I haven't slept and that is the point of this place. 6. There is a large homeless camp next door which really makes the unsecured parking fee annoying. 7. They say there are cameras in the lower level parking, there aren't but there is a rubbish pile and somewhere people are always smoking. 8. If you care about the trivial things or aren't convinced yet... there are 2 staff in the morning for check out and a line out the door in the evening since only 1 poor girl works after 4 pm... check in time. Or at least as far as my 3 days of being here has shown. Pancake machine was broken and rarely any cookies. No walking path. Below basic cable at 30ish channels.

Nice football weekend hotel.
Spent 3 nights here. The renovations are complete and the breakfast area with deck overlooking the river is very nice. Room seemed to be updated, walk in shower (though water never got really hot ). Comfortable bed, mini fridge and microwave, coffee maker in the room, which is nice. Large screen TV was good. Room was comfortable. Elevator was a bit slow - but cool photo of OSU campus inside. We were here during a football weekend and had no trouble finding parking. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Kitchen staff was friendly as well. Breakfast options were pretty decent. I'm not one who usually enjoys the "free" hotel breakfast - but it had pretty good variety and was tasty. Location - on the river which is nice. A few blocks from the main downtown area - it was easily walkable, though there is some unhoused encampments you have to walk by - just an fyi Nice touch with bottled water on check in and free cookies in the afternoon/evening. Would return here to stay if in Corvallis again.

Wait until renovations are completed- terrible stay!
We have visited this hotel several times over the past years and never had any issues- this 4 day stay was full of problems/challenges. First of all the renovations which we’re supposed to be finished in June are still in full swing. The contractors blocked the stairs with materials 3 times during our stay making us take the elevator. They often block exits with their equipment. The worst issue was that their was no parking available if you returned after 8 pm. The underground area had a ton of equipment blocking parking spots . Surface lots had dumpsters, construction equipment. And there wasn’t a spot to be had. An employee moved their car so we could have a spot. This happened 2 nights in a row. Breakfast was disappointing as well no hot items - just prepackaged food to be microwaved. Also there are no room safes or a place at reception to store valuables. During the day the hotel also shut water off due to a leak for 35 minutes- with no warning. My advice stay somewhere else until renovation is complete!

Cute town, great location
Chose as a stop over point between Bend and Portland during a week long vacation. Only spent one night but it was a good location to the downtown area with shops, restaurants, and close proximity to the Saturday Farmer's Market. Very walkable and safe area, nice river trail as well running right behind hotel. Limited parking above ground but there is an underground lot the length of the hotel. Underground parking is tight, and clearance was 7 feet, just be aware if you have a larger vehicle. Even though the hotel is under renovation, we were well aware there could be noise or disruptions in service. The staff was friendly and personable and was willing to help with anything needed and we never had any issues. I was recognized for my IHG status with a nice welcome gift of snacks. Room was a larger size 2 queen bed which was newly refreshed and beautiful with Dove products in the bathroom. The air conditioner did seem a bit loud when running as did some hallway noise but that didn't bother us too much ad the hallway noise died down later in the evening. Breakfast was limited in the lobby until their breakfast area is completed but was still more than I expected. Would not hesitate to stay again if I was in the area.

Don't recommend
They checked me out of my room early without notifying me. They only called me after they saw all my stuff was still there. They then tried to charge me more cause I had two different reservations. When I told the person whilst I was checking out that I had only made reservation, she kept denying that was the case even when I mentioned this would cause issues with my reimbursement.
