They checked me out of my room early without notifying me. They only called me after they saw all my stuff was still there. They then tried to charge me more cause I had two different reservations. When I told the person whilst I was checking out that I had only made reservation, she kept denying that was the case even when I mentioned this would cause issues with my reimbursement.

My colleague and I arrived at the hotel night time. being tired from the flight, we thought all is good but we found out that we are going to share one queen size bed. We have booked 2 beds on the app and paid for it right away. But the receptionist told us that there aren't available rooms. I ended up sleeping on a rollaway bed which sucks considering we paid and reserved in advanced. This should be fixed.

We had a one night stop on a road trip, it was ideal for what we needed. It is a short walk into the main town to get to the bars and restaurants. The breakfast was ok, but allowed us get a early start the next morning.

Acceptable hotel for a business trip
I stayed here for four nights on a business trip. It was nice to have a river view, although I did not spend much time in my room and the days were rather short. The maid service was good and the included breakfast okay. The fitness center had a treadmill, an exercise bike and a cross-country machine; no weights. I did not like that they did not have a safe to lock up my laptop when I went out in the evenings. They have a Keurig but the included coffee is Green Mountain. I should have brought my preferred K-cup brands.

Good service - Rooms needs some major TLC
Staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms badly need updating and a major deep cleaning. Beds were rock hard and lumpy. The smell in the rooms were terrible. Carpet and bathrooms were filthy. Looks like the owners have neglected this property.
