Amazing Team That Takes Care of You!
Stay here during a blizzard and Amy Sternberg, Aurora, and team did everything to make sure everyone had a room and was comfortable while everything else was closed. They even slept over to make sure there was staff. Hotel is super comfy and has great wine and snack selections and food is very good too. So grateful for this team!

It was fine.
This hotel felt new and refreshed, and the staff were all lovely. I didn't have a chance to use the amenities during my stay, so I can't comment on them. My room looked so nice and the bathroom was a good size. Everything was updated and I liked the decor. However, I didn't sleep well at all. The mattress just wasn't very comfortable. The bigger issues, though, were too much ambient light and a thermostat that didn't do what I told it to. The microwave light was SO bright. Yes, I feel a little ridiculous saying that, but wow it was truly like a blue nightlight pointing right at the bed. The thermostat light was the same, but worse, because it kept dimming and lighting up again. So I couldn't face the wall while trying to sleep because it was like a bright, slowly flashing light in my face constantly. And even though I set it to 68, the temperature never went that low and I truly have no idea why. I stayed two weeknights and got back to the hotel after 10:30 pm both evenings. Almost every parking spot was full. A few were available around the back of the hotel. It would have been nice to have more parking in front. Also, the hotel is right next to the highway, so for those of us unlucky enough to be given a room facing it, the noise is pretty loud.

Great Hotel, except
50% of rooms are very close to and face the interstate Hwy. We requested a room for 4 nights on the quiet side a week in advance (having stayed in the back last year) but told on arrival, no rooms at the back of the hotel were available. Woman at check-in had not seen our request and seemed surprised when we told her we had requested quiet room at back. Besides the highway noise all night, there was a fan outside that made a droning sound. It is one of the noisiest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in & even with ear buds and quiet music, could not sleep well. I recommend you AVOID if request for quiet room is dismissed. We will be leaving early.

Very Nice Hilton Garden Inn
We stopped here for 1 night during our family vacation though the Pacific Northwest. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. We did not have an issues while staying here. We would definitely stay here again.

Hilton brand hotel, meets expectations
Overall, a good Hilton brand hotel. It's an interstate hotel, so good for the 1nt traveler. It is clean and well staffed. There is a restaurant open for breakfast and dinner, not to fancy. The meals are good. This hotel is pet friendly. Sadly, there were patrons who left their anxiety ridden yippster dogs unattended in the rooms, and those dogs barked every time someone walked in the hall. Dog owners: Don't be that irresponsible problem patron.
