We have stayed here quite a few times. It’s clean and near our family. We are diamond members but they never have an upgrade even though there are upgraded rooms available to be reserved on the reservation system. This time they gave us an upgrade…in a rundown handicapped suite. Had a decent night sleep. Woke up and left to visit family. Came back midday. Heard some bumps from above but nothing crazy. Second night was fine but was woken up at about 8am by what sounded like heavy items being dropped and drug across the floor. Heard sliding doors opening and closing over and over. Then the drilling started and heavy walking. I called downstairs and asked what was going on. The male that answered the phone said…we are renovating, it’s all over our website. No one is working today though. Hmmmm. Someone is definitely working. I asked if they could perhaps work elsewhere for a few hours since it was pretty early. He again said no one was working to his knowledge. But said he would go to the room above us to see. Nothing changed. And it started again the next morning. So you upgrade us finally to the one room that has construction above it. Then gave me an attitude when I asked about it. Makes perfect sense. 🙄 And by the way..we don’t check the website since we order on the app.

This property is being renovated and I ended up with an older style room 234. But you know what? It was clean and comfortable feeling and actually my favorite hotel out of 4 on a work trip throughout the central/western parts of the state. The bed was comfortable, the windows had good light blocking and I didn’t even hear the interstate. The bathroom was sufficient (even with corrosion on the mirror, likely soon to be replaced with the reno!). The clerk at the desk was efficient, friendly and accommodating to my Hilton status. This seems to be a good choice for the Medford area.

This my second visit to medford Oregon with my husband. We initially stayed at a different hotel in a different location. This time around we decided to stay for first time at the Hilton Garden Inn. Our experience was absolutely a positive one. A great location, a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. We loved it so much that we joined the Hilton Honors member program. Our decision was based on the service we received from two staff members at the front desk Martin and Aaron they certainly went above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you Aaron for extending our stay with such ease and managing to keep us in the same room and thank you Martin for welcoming us with such grace and for setting up a taxi service to the airport at 4:00 in the morning. We appreciate the smiles, staff, and the overall service. TY!

Great choice in Medford
Very nice hotel in Medford! Room was wonderful-typical Hilton room. Enjoyed the convenience of a bar! Had breakfast twice! Lizzy was GREAT at check in!

This place is a mixed bag. Some of the staff are great and some, like the bartender and one of the ladies at the front desk are terrible. We had a problem with our room not being clean and finding hair in the bathroom. The hotel did nothing for us for two days. Then when we checked out the manager was extremely nice to us and changed our experience. They have several staff that are kind. This is overall a good hotel in a good location, but it definitely needs improvements in some areas.
