Older but well maintained and clean. This has been our go to place in Seaside for many years. Right on the prom and only a few blocks to the main downtown area. Very walkable for anyone without mobility issues. We booked this on the day we were arriving thru Expedia, keep in mind, this was mid week in Sept, so we got a great rate, less than $250 for 2 nights with the tax. We love that these rooms have a kitchenette, balcony, gas fireplace, and the beds are comfy. Bath/shower enclosure appears to be new and the carpet as well. Staff is super friendly and there is an indoor pool and hot tub. If a person does have mobility issues there is an elevator. Free continental breakfast with quite a few options and fresh baked cookies in the evening. We feel this is the best bargain in Seaside.

Hi tide is a great place to stay.
The staff was friendly. The pool was fun there's fresh baked cookies at night. Free breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the room was amazing. Only negative would be was that I stayed in the building across the street, so I had to walk over to use the pool. But that wouldn't stop me from staying there again.

Views are beautiful
Beautiful views, walking distance is amazing. Staff is helpful. We were able to purchase firewood in the office for a bonfire. Everything is convenient !

Everything great accept bed mattress and sheets seem old! Mattress too firm-flat / lumpy. Sheets, old, thin, pilled, scratchy. All it would take is: invest in new! At least new mattress toppers / sheets. Then stay would have gone from an 8 to a 10.

This accommodation is locked in the past. Our room felt nearly unchanged from the 70's. Poor lighting and minimal furniture, no wine glasses! The charging of electronic devices was a struggle to even find convenient outlets. The bathroom light would only turn on with a fan that sounded like it was ready to come apart. Sink area was tiny and so dark it was unusable. Poor maintenance is standard for this property.
