Had a relaxing time here at the beach. The room was clean and loved having a kitchenette, gas fireplace and the hot tub and pool. Enjoyed watching the ocean from the balcony.

May 4, 2026Tim Ctoilet water, bathroom fan, no sleep for two nights
toliet leaked on floor got our feet wet with toilet bowl water yuke,, bathroom fan would not shut off all night, couldnt sleep with constant fan noise droning away in the walls, toliet leaked around the base making the bathroom floor wet and getting on our feet when we used the toilet, no offers for a differant room even though it was midweek, no appologies no refunds partial or otherwise,

Hotel can not accommodate people with disabilities or any mobility issues. There is no ramp out of the parking lot. There is no ramp to the "ground floor" landing, just sets of stairs ranging from 5 - 12. Room entrances are about 6 inches off the ground with no rail or handles to help in entry. I walk with a cane due to a muscular condition. To enter the room I had to lean in nearly 2 feet to grab the edge of the wall and pull myself in hoping my legs held up. Exiting was also difficult holding the door frame while I gently lowered one leg, then using my cane for support and holding the door frame for safety.

## My Review of Hi Tide Resort **Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** We had a fantastic stay at the Hi Tide! The location is absolutely perfect, and the rooms are wonderful—especially considering the very reasonable price point. What really set them apart for us, though, was how they treated our dog. They truly go above and beyond with their **pet package**; they treat your pup like a genuine guest. Seeing a water and food bowl along with treats waiting in the room was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel immediately welcome. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. If you’re looking for a dog-friendly spot with great value and service, I can't recommend this place enough!

Fun vacation!
This hotel was amazing! Our first night we had a partial view which we saw plenty of the ocean from our window! We decided to stay a second night unfortunately that was a non partial room across the street but both rooms were tidy & well kept. The only downside I’d say is we payed $30 more for the non view due to booking the night before & it was a bit outdated but we did get a message that they’re going under construction soon to update some things so I’m assuming rooms as well. Besides that it was amazing & I would recommend! The pool/ hot tub was great (the pool was very warm so keep that in mind), the location was great & overall we had an amazing time at Hi-Tide.
