Sleepless nights
Dangerous dog breeds at this hotel allowed without any concern by staff. Attack dogs unable to be around other people, barking all night, staff is dismissive and basically just young girls. Beds are cheap with big dips in them. Hotel is right on interstate so it’s very loud. Walls are thin so you can hear everything.

Excellent for what it is
Room 407, 1 night The good: Everything. Quiet, very clean, good breakfast options (usual Hampton Inn) friendly staff. Recently renovated. The bad: Nothing I can pick on. But the area of Grants Pass is riddled with homeless, very sad to see such a beautiful place that you don't feel safe in its public parks

A BAD Night's Sleep
Most aspects of this particular Hampton Inn were in line with standard facilities. The exception was highway noise. If you wish to stay at this particular Hampton, choose a room number in the 20s or higher. An odd number room might be the best choice.

Unwashed bedding
Bed cover was white and clean looking but it also smelt like perfume a bit wich tells me it wasn't washed . My pillow also had pet hair stuck to it! There were also holes in the sheets!! Not coming back…………………@@@@@@@@@@@@……………………………………………😡

Racist staff
Recent stay at hotel with my son and sister. The white older blonde women at check in refused to help check us in. As we finished checking in with the other younger white lady. We left and the older women gave me a very disgusted look up and down. Felt very attacked and racially motivated towards my family and I. Told management in morning about our check in experience last night and he seemed not to really care. We traveled to and from WA to TX and stayed at Hiltons and Hamptons most the way. As rewards members we did not feel well informed or valued as guest or person in general.
