Clean room with road noise

The hotel was very clean. My only complaint is the road noise from I-5 and a motor-like noise that sounds like an elevator going up/down even though our room is not near the elevator. The hotel is also very expensive. The hotel we stayed at in Flagstaff was cheaper than this one.

Still feels new

This is the best Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. It still feels new, fresh, and exceptionally well maintained. The shower water pressure was excellent. Breakfast was above average. It was also extremely convenient: Very easy to get on and off I-5, right next to In n Out (a huge plus for us), and across the street from a couple of gas stations.

Very nice hotel!

We were impressed with the general new look of the hotel and the cleanliness, friendly staff, etc. The location is ideal for travel, right at an exit off I-5, and there are lots of nearby restaurants. Very quiet even though near the highway. Breakfast was way above average.

Christie at the front desk is AMAZING!

I want to personally thank Christie at the front desk for all of her help. She works the hardest shift at night and I always see her as I am up at the crack of Dawn. She is extremely helpful and always enthusiastic. I am at this hotel almost every weekend in the spring and summer and chose to stay there because of the amazing staff. I also love the rooms and gym :-)

Great stop during our road trip!

We really loved this hotel! It's right off I-5 and easy to use as a stopover if you are on a road trip. It's also right next to an In-n-Out along with some other good fast food. The hotel is very nicely done and provided us a lovely breakfast bag to go when we didn't have time to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. The staff were top notch and the room was very comfortable. Can't wait to stay there again!
