Hampton Inn Eugene

Great stay — would definitely come back!

I stayed at the Hampton Suites in Eugene, OR, and had a really great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and looked pretty updated, which made the stay even nicer. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I wish I could remember the clerk’s name because he made such a great first impression — very friendly and made check-in super easy. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely choose this hotel again next time I’m in Eugene!

The manager Shaun is so awesome! Very professional, friendly and super helpful! Staff is very nice and accommodating. Facilities are clean. I highly recommend staying!!!!

Excellent property

The hotel was spotless, the room was exceptionally clean, the bed was so comfortable, amenities were top notch, staff was welcoming, helpful with recommendations and professional. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices, coffee was fresh, good variety of teas, the snacks on arrival were a pleasant surprise. There was security so we felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

A great find in Eugene

I am rating this hotel 5 stars because the service was so far above and beyond what we have come to expect. Our room was ready, everything was clean and to our satisfaction. The desk staff were very welcoming. When we asked about early checkout, they assured us that little breakfast bags would be waiting for us. (To be fair, the food wasn’t great, but it was nourishment at 5 a.m.) In addition, I left behind a book that I had just purchased. I called offering to pay the postage if they could mail the book to me. Summer, who was working the front desk, was very kind and assured me they would send it to me at no cost. I have stayed at much more expensive hotels in Eugene, but would definitely return to the Hampton.

Great Experience

I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and this one in Eugene ranks as the best I have stayed at. Front desk was courteous and professional and the check in was very quick. The room was great. The counter space in the bathroom was excellent. Usually there is just enough room for a little more than one toiletry kit on the counter, but there was easily enough room for at least two kits. The shower pressure very strong. The complimentary breakfast was also great - lots of topping for your waffle besides just syrup and they had a lot of fresh blueberries. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the Eugene area.
