March 15, 2023Kimberly AUnderstaffed/not worth the money
Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk to check me in (a 20 minute wait for someone to arrive). The front desk clerk was alone that evening. Additionally, the hot tub was broken and they were no quick to make a call to have it fixed. The swimming pool is not heated, the breakfast buffet was cold, but the room was clean and comfortable enough. Pendleton is a very depressed town and certainly not worth the visit! Restaurants were closed on Sunday and Mondays and a lot of the stores must not have survived Covid.

Very bad administrator, was there for a business for 30 days and they ask me to leave my room after 30 day’s so they had other guest that wanted my room and for me to go to a smaller room, I I said why if I been there so long and they said if I don’t like it to go somewhere else , so I left that day, my business partner and I spend more than $3,000 dolls on room charges

We were in Pendleton for a family gathering and appreciated the convenient location, very helpful staff, free breakfast and all the best we usually get at Hampton or other Hilton Inn. I would recommend asking for south side away from Interstate 84 which has a steep grade. On the south side all was quiet, maybe the other side is too, but we requested to on other side.

Great Staff
Great staff at check in and check out! Awesome young lady working in the breakfast area! All of these folks were very friendly, which is always a big plus to me. The room was great, as I have thus far found Hampton’s to be. Clean and comfortable. Parking lot lighting was very good. Great stay!

We stopped at this hotel along our route from British Columbia to Texas and it was a solid choice (unlike the next night in Ogden, UT - both were highly rated on TripAdvisor). The room was clean, quite, and everything worked as it was supposed to. Check in staff were friendly, and they even has some craft brews in the lobby fridge.
