Why use high-intensity LEDs in a smoke detector?
Nice room, clean. Beds are firm. Usual amenities. Mostly quiet. It is impossible to sleep in an otherwise decent room due to the constant strobing from the high-intensity LEDs in the ceiling smoke detector. It’s like being flash-photographed every 10 seconds, with a second LED firing every thirty. These light up a dark room like paparazzi and are impossible to ignore. Never again.

Brand New, THE Place to stay in Klamath Falls
We stayed here unexpectedly as we left Crater Lake a day early. The hotel is brand new, well kept, has a small pool and gym, and decent buffet style breakfast. The staff was friendly. The hotel sits on a lovely lake with an outdoor terrace. The AC worked beautifully. Only one issue. The window in the room was half covered up by the porte-cochere so we looked at the roof from the upper half of the window. Otherwise, it was lovely and highly recommended.

Overpriced, but nothing in the city compares
I did not want to spend this amount of money for such a quick stay (less than 12 hours), but it was super clean, had a great breakfast, and it had comfortable beds and a nice view.

Underwhelming
Completely underwhelmed. The price was outrageous!!! Service was just ok. They need to up their standards or lower the price of the hotel. We travel all over the world and stay at much better hotels for way less money. I would not stay again. Location to the lake is the only thing this hotel has going for it.

Clean, comfortable and great Staff
Great hotel, nice location, clean rooms and great customer service. Alejandro, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The gym and pool are good. The hotel was quiet allowing for a great night's sleep. We will stay here again.
