Did not know there would be no housekeeping unless requested. Would have been nice for front desk to alert us. But no. New hotel, nice staff, clean. But the towels cheap and thin, the toilet paper cheap and thin and partial rolls. The bar soap was a joke I hope. See photo. Wine bar a nice stop before going upstairs. Later hours would be nice instead of shutting at 7 p.m. included breakfast a departure from usual scrambled eggs and sausage, but signs with ingredients important. Glad I asked because I don't eat feta. The breakfast sandwich was not made by human hands. I would not stay at this tier of Marriott.

Great new Property in Newberg!
Reserved two rooms for one night in the fall. Staying again later this week for our second visit, which reminded me I had not done a review of our last visit. This is a new property in a centrally located space in Newberg. Anything you need in this area, this property could serve as your home base. Rooms are typical, but new and clean. Staff was "learning" when we stayed, but really no complaints. Didn't use the breakfast or evening social on our last visit, but so glad that these are part of the room reservation. We were not concerned with the surrounding area and enjoyed our stay from check in to check out. Looking forward to stay number two!

Newly opened in 2025, this hotel is a nice addition to the Newberg scene. There are many existing choices around Newberg from older more established hotels/motels and bed and breakfast, but the location in central Newberg makes it very convenient to wineries, shops and restaurants. The building is new and in perfect condition. In the evening, guest are offered one free glass of wine and can purchase refills. There is a nice heated pool and patio area. The staff is a mix of seasoned pros and newcomers so the service can have a few minor hiccups, but the attitude is all positive and eager to serve you. I didn't notice any noise as one reviewer mentioned. A highlight was the cookie tray that was frequently refilled by the front desk. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Great spot for the wine country stay
The hidden gem. The staff really goes above and beyond to make it a great experience. The rooms were clean and it felt brand new one. The patio was cute with fire pits. Also the afternoon wine glass from a local winery was a great touch. We look forward to visiting in the future.
