Not what I expected from a Marriott property. Hot tub was not functional, room was not serviced the first day, was charged a $10 per day parking fee that was not disclosed at the time of reservation or check in. (this was later deducted from our bill at check out). It seems to be a newer property, but the location is sketchy. Did not feel safe walking to/from hotel to restaurants, and parking is a challenge in Bend.

Poor quality for a Fairfield.
Compared to other Fairfields the room and bathroom were smaller. Our room wasn't cleaned between the two nights.

Memorial Weekend Stay
Not the best stay to be honest. Staff were not so friendly on the weekend we stayed here. Hotel was busy and noisy with families traveling for a holiday weekend. Not an issue but front desk then called on us for a noise complaint from the TV later that night. You can’t have it both ways… Hotel is okay, other than the listed what you would expect from the Fairfield.
