Great view and space!
Enjoyed spending several days in a two bedroom condo at the Embarcadero. Great location, walk to downtown where shops and restaurants are plentiful. Lots of fun walking along the boardwalk watching fishing boats come in with their catch.
Worst vacation hotel Ever!
Dont waste your money! Or time worst experience ever! Dirty rooms. Horrible customer service! Even forgot our wake up call. So we missed our fishing trip! The restaurant was closed with nothing in it as well. They should tell you that! No continental breakfast! No snack vendors if hungry! I went down to the front desk two days into vacation because beds were not changed! Then the lady called the house keeping and it took 6 hours plus another call at that point and they still did not clean. Or refil coffie cups so my old man had to use a plastic cup for coffie.. my family has been coming here for 20 plus years ! Never again!!
Embarcadero condo 225- Vacasa
Very outdated. Carpet and furniture appear to be from original build date in 80s, significant wear and tear. Leaks that have been partially patched, mold and peeling wallpaper in bathrooms, rotted door with hole in it upstairs.pool was clean but locker rooms not. Sauna and hot tub not working. View is beautiful it not worth the price given disrepair.
I first want to start off with that I believe many of these rooms or condos are individually owned so every room will look different and have different things in them. So this review will be for who owns room#417 in Building H. Check in was smooth and easy. Nothing super wow, but went well. The lady gave us a map to find our room. The buildings are numbered weird and made it a little confusing finding our room even on foot. We stayed in building H room #417 on the 3rd floor. Entryway goes straight into narrow stairs that takes you up to a loft style room. It was nice. Everything was cute, comfortable and clean. The bed was clean and very comfortable as well. We got to wake up to the sound of the sea lions on the docks😍😄. The bathroom was nice and clean and the mini shampoos and soaps smelled amazing! The decor throughout the whole room was fun to look at. The view was awesome from the inside and outside of our room! This room had no kitchen. Had a small mini fridge, coffee maker, iron and vacuum in the closet area. Everything worked well. We enjoyed our stay. If anything could be changed I would say maybe updated carpet and floor throughout and more towels in the bathroom. Other then that we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. Also this location is great, being right at the end of the bay's boardwalk. With restaurants and fun shops near by makes a great short stay getaway. Places down the street from the Embarcadero is: Mo's restaurant, Rouge brewery and bar, The coffee house, Ripley's believe It or Not museum, many souvenir shops and many more restaurants😊
No hangers in the closet, the towel rack broke the moment I took a towel off, one of the hot tubs at the pool didn't have functioning jets, they make you sign out the pool towels or they charge you $10/ea (which are the size of a kitchen towel), no restaurant, and there was building construction going on. Other than all that...thumbs up. The staff was very nice though.
