Good but smelly, room smelled like wet dog and there was dog food on the carpet. We didn’t have pets. The rest was nice. Nice stay and friendly accommodating staff. Just need more attention to detail when cleaning

The hotel was nice and clean and cozy and I loved my room. Great views from the balcony! What really stood out for me was the housekeeping staff and front desk staff, especially Natalie. They were kind and accommodating and went above and beyond for me. If you are lucky enough to check in when Natalie is there, prepare for a great customer service experience. Will definitely stay here every time I visit the Coos Bay/Bandon area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had two small dogs with us who sleep on a blanket we provided at the end of the bed. We stayed two nights and were charged $50 a night, $100 total. Also found sleeping impossible because of the noise from the room above us throughout the night.

Great customer service!
We booked through Expedia and had trouble (on Expedia’s end) with the booking. Natalie was so kind and patient, and went above and beyond to make it right for us.
