Very large comfortable room with everything you needed. Couch and bed comfortable. Full size kitchen. Nice patio area with view of the river.

The bottom line is that this is a motel (we had a room with an exterior corridor), and we paid $460 for two nights' lodging. This is too much for what we received. The room was ok, although the walls are super thin and we could hear our 'neighbors' talking in regular conversation. The maintenance lacked (hole in the screen so we couldn't keep the door open). The staff was nice, but it isn't in a great area and we were happy to leave.

Great coffee in the lobby.
The good: nicely remodeled. Love, love, love the free, fancy coffee maker in the lobby. We enjoyed the river view and the patio with chairs and a table outside. 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Staff were friendly. The bad: you have to request a microwave at the front desk and then lug it down the hall or up the stairs to your room. No elevator to the second floor. Pretty sure I saw a person snorting coke on the premises. (FYI there is a noticeable homeless population in town.) We could hear everything from the room upstairs: walking, talking, shower running, toilet flushing, tv.

Little smelly
Good but smelly, room smelled like wet dog and there was dog food on the carpet. We didn’t have pets. The rest was nice. Nice stay and friendly accommodating staff. Just need more attention to detail when cleaning

Wonderful experience!
The hotel was nice and clean and cozy and I loved my room. Great views from the balcony! What really stood out for me was the housekeeping staff and front desk staff, especially Natalie. They were kind and accommodating and went above and beyond for me. If you are lucky enough to check in when Natalie is there, prepare for a great customer service experience. Will definitely stay here every time I visit the Coos Bay/Bandon area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
