Mid level hotel, under cared for room and high level price. Bed was made but there was dirt / bark on top of the bedding, stuff on the floors and a weird smell overall

The location was perfect with a quiet setting on the river while also being convenient to shopping and main roads. The room layout was awkward but very clean and had great options for lighting near the bed. The hotel checkin clerk never smiled nor shared what the hotel had to offer. The pricing seemed high but that's everywhere these days.

Close to downtown
Passing thru Coos Bay, stayed one night. Basically clean, but floors (all tile) were not. Bathroom was large, but sink area was small and separate from the shower and toilet area. We were on the first floor with an outside entrance. Fitness center was minimal, had 1 elliptical, 1 treadmill and some weights but a small room. Within walking distance to grocery stores, shops and restaurants.

Think Motel 6
Reviews said renovated rooms, yes they were on this old remodeled MOTEL (like MOTEL 6). Old drive right up to your motel door. First impression at front desk, old dirty standing white floor fan, yuk! Employees were nice, but you get what you pay for, avoid this MOTEL.
