Days Inn can be a mediocre experience. I found this one far supercedes all others. Nice little touches in the room: lamps had electrical outlets as well as USB ports, as did the alarm clock. Larger (working!) frig/freezer. Very clean. Very comfy bed. We'd brought our own breakfast, but the Yami yogurts they offered were great Yummy Bowl Chinese food next door was super (beware, HUGE portions) Super kind check in woman

Pleasant, safe and quiet hotel
Great place to stay. Close enough to walk most places in Newport. The room was clean and looked very modern. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. The A/C worked really well. I was pleasantly surprised with my room on the second floor. The outside of the building doesn’t reflect what you get inside the rooms. The parking lot is hard to navigate if the hotel is full especially if you have a large vehicle. Overall, I highly recommend the Days Inn in Newport.
