Room was very clean, but AC unit was broken. Even turned off, it was making horrible sounds and very loud. I reported the issue, but hotel staff didn't seem concerned. I had to sleep with the window open and that made me feel insecure.

We choose this hotel for the hot tub and pool. Hot tub sis not work. Pool furniture was broken and cracked. The rooms were clean. And the staff friendly. The breakfast consisted of toast. Bagels. Dry cereal. And waffles. No other hot food The area was a little sketchy due to the abondend building next door.

Wonderful stay
Best experience. Nice people. Excellent accommodation. Clean room. Nicely furnished, fluffy bath towels, great walkin shower and good breakfast. Couldn't ask for more.

Asked for first floor when I booked. Got a second floor room. My wife and I both have bad knees. Wasn’t pleasant going to our room.

Nice hotel! Takes dogs!
We are traveling with Dogs. This hotel was VERY accommodating. We received exemplary service from Krystal at the front desk. From helping us book our room the day before to helping us at check-in. She is amazing and deserves a raise. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for us and our multiple labs. Breakfast was good too. I highly recommend.
