Pleasantly Surprised!

We didn’t want to spend too much. Wow ! This place had a pool. The vinyl plank floors inn the rooms really impressed us. No filthy carpet ! Carpet in the hall was new and clean. Loved that there were two doors out of the room. Felt safer. Very easy to back right up to the slider and take in our gear. No schlepping heavy suitcases down a long hallway. Upstairs had balconies that reminded us of Italian villas. We had stayed at another hotel ( a little more expensive than this one ) on our trip. The “light “ breakfast was indeed light. It was a few unwashed apples with the stickers still on, a few packages of something that was supposed to be breakfast pastry, yucky machine juice, coffee and instant oatmeal packs. 3 apples and 3 yogurts the second night as nothing had been restocked. Days Inn on the other hand had a very adequate breakfast. There was a toaster , English muffins, bagels, bread , cream cheese, butter, pitcher of milk, pitcher of freshly made orange juice, fruit, cold cereals , packaged pastries and other things. The orange juice was great! The coffee was very good. I recommend a stay here if you are stopping in Medford and was a reasonably priced place to sleep. Staf f was welcoming and extremely pleasant. Microwave and excellent fridge with a great freezer.

Remodeled

Stayed here for a couple days and were put next door to the rooms being remodeled felt we could have got a lower rate based on the fact our room was pretty trashed as it was not remodeled yet but the managers were really nice people

Maybe ok once renovation is complete

The room was semi renovated but the colors clashed badly. Needed a new decorator. Phone was non operational so couldn't report ineffective a/c, exposed wires on the lamp, duck tape on the base board. I could go on

Dirty , ants, missing smoke detector, holes in wall thru out

Room was dirty , had ants that we had crawling on us at 230 am . The smoke detector was missing , large holes in the walls thru out the room . Carpet looked like it was laid on top of old carpet . Over all the staff didn’t help with anything . I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me . Be warned

A real dump

This place needs to be leveled and maybe build new. Location and DQ next door is the only thing going for it. Hasn’t been upgraded in decades. It smelled like someone might have been painting. But it would be like lipstick on a pig.
