The Days Inn in Bend was very comfortable There was a desk and a nice sofa so we could both able to work on our lap tops. The room was paid for by Wyndham reward points , so we were concerned when a $25 charge appeared on our VISA statement. I called the hotel and spoke with a very friendly person , Valerie, who said that there should not have been any charge for the room that she would send a refund to our credit card. If we ever go back to Bend we would stay there again.

booked two king rooms, but they were completely different. One room was much smaller and didn’t even have a dining table, while the other one did. I asked to switch rooms because mine was right next to the stairs, and the noise kept my baby from sleeping all night. Unfortunately, the staff refused without even a smile — the customer service was very disappointing. I had already paid for the room, but they told me I would need to make a new reservation if I wanted to change. That was unacceptable. I will not be coming back.

Restful stay cation
Relatively inexpensive. Friendly helpful staff. Light breakfast . Cable and coffee. There is also a food truck with good Mexican food.

I came for business and had a nice enjoyable experience while i stayed here at the days
Nice comfortable and even better was the price. Next time I come back to bend for business I will definitely be starting here again.

One night stop
This hotel is going through a remodel so the rooms were clean and new looking. The breakfast is a grab and go so nothing fancy. I would stay again.
