I had a room that smelled as if someone threw up in the air vents. It was beyond disgusting and dirty. Then I paid for a family member to stay in a room for a week with my credit card. The front desk proceeded to extend the family members room for a week without my authorization. Costing me over $700.
Absolute worst customer service; left before checking in. Yikes!! We used to stay here regularly, but I cannot and will not recommend it no. Which is sad. This is an example of a place that definitely believes that customer service is optional. It is not.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very run down and smelled off. Linen was clean, but the carpet was quite dirty; so much so I did not take off my shoes until I stepped in the shower, then I put them back on when I came out of the shower.
A true two star Motel. Spend a few extra bucks and get an upgrade. Until this time, we've never had a complaint against a Days Inn or a Wyndham property. Seemed like a lot of transient activity in the parking area. Property was next to the freeway, which added to the noise. I overheard two complaints to the morning desk clerk regarding issues. The clerk attempted to explain the reason for the issues, but it seemed like he was really just making excuses for them.
We booked a room there and paid in advance through expedia. Showed up at midnight and clerk said all rooms were booked. I stated that I had paid already and it was midnight. She scrambled around said she could "give us a room.they aren't suppose to give" and gave us a key on a chain (instead of a key card) and directed us to some not numbered corner room upstairs that was disgusting. It smelled like pee and the bed wasn't fresh. We told her that we could absolutely not accept that room and she said shebunderstoof and we had to request a refund through expedi. I have. I have. Ow been fighting them for days because they refused my refund and adamantly tell Expedia stayed there... even though we left and paid $45 more for a last minute room t Motel 6 instead. DO NOT BOOK HERE
