Nope - This Marriott Misses the Mark
We are Marriott members and frequent travelers, but this Marriott missed the mark for us. First impressions, the Front Desk was deserted, and not just when we arrived, but at any time. Finally the person came out of the back of the Bistro. On check-in, the young woman said, "Breakfast is from 6am - 10am", so we naturally assumed it came with complimentary breakfast. She failed to indicate that you had to buy it at the lobby Bistro. The food at the Bistro was beyond expensive! In the evening, we had two tiny pieces of cheesecake (total $16!) They were small, about 1 inch thick, and round about 3 inches in diameter. Then in the morning, expecting the complimentary breakfast, we had to grab something quickly before getting on the road. The individual size Naked drink and a fruit cup that we got came to $14.50. And, unlike most hotels, there was no complimentary coffee, tea, or ice water in the lobby. We stayed in the Queen Suite and it lacked the expected supplies. The two room unit had one tiny trash can in the entire place. So, if you were in front room and had trash, you had to walk into the bedroom, then into the bathroom to find the trash. And the kitchenette had zero cookware - no dishes, glasses, utensils - nothing, just empty kitchen cabinets. It did have a microwave and a small fridge (like most hotel units do) The pool was disappointing as well. The water was colder than the 80 or so degrees that make bathing comfortable. And the windows in the pool area were in need of washing. Will not stay there again.

Clean, quiet room, friendly staff, would stay again
I stayed here for eight days while visiting family and it was a very pleasant stay. The property was clean and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. All staff I came in contact with were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It is very close to all types of shopping and restaurants. It has its own little snack and misc items shop and a bistro for meals in the morning and evening. Free parking. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to family and friends.

Very serviceable Courtyard. Book here with Confidence!
Stayed for one night with my family (wife and two teens). Mobile check in was easy. Had requested connecting rooms via chat with hotel a few days before arrival, and was pleased to see that happen. Had connecting rooms on the second floor. Rooms were typical courtyard, not the newest of new but certainly well maintained. Beds were great as was in room coffee, micro and mini fridge. Ice just down the hallway. Staff all seemed pleasant and provided great service. Would for sure stay here again if the need arrises in the Eugene/Springfield area.

Best stop of the trip
We are driving from Texas to Washington state and out of all of our trip this is the best stop. Very clean rooms! Very friendly staff! The coffee/breakfast bar in the lobby is well run and everything seemed fresh. Not your typical Starbucks breakfast sandwich. Just can’t say enough about this hotel! We are Marriott members and will go out of our way to stay here again if we are back in the area.

Super comfy beds!
We stayed here for 7 hours! But it was so comfortable and clean. Check in was quick and the front desk worker was friendly. We will stop again on our way through town because it was updated, had made to order breakfast, and was super clean! Nice spot!
