Courtyard stay ?
During a multi day stay the room was never cleaned, the beds not made and had to call desk to get towels, no complementary breakfast but a bistro with bistro prices. We went to Denny's a block away clean, fast service and good food. We have never stayed at a courtyard prior to this stay.

OK Hotel, but not a great value - Breakfast very expensive
Springfield Eugene Marriott Courtyard Hotel Review Generally, a nice hotel. My room was on the ground floor close to the central lobby area, so I was concerned that it would be noisy, especially when I saw a number of families with children staying at the hotel, but it was quite quiet. During the summer I I would be concerned about noise as the patio area outside of the room has a gas fireplace and seating. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower stall with a curving glass shower door. The extractor fan in the bathroom was quite loud. The room was located near a laundry room (one washer and one drier) which was convenient ($2.75 to use each machine – quarters required). There was no laundry detergent available in the laundry room. It was nice that you could sign in to your Netflix and YouTube accounts on the room’s TV. The bed was comfortable, and the room darkened nicely with the light eliminating curtains. It would have been nice to have a microwave and a safe in the room. There were also no robes in the room, which would have been nice to use to visit the pool and hot tub. A real disappointment was the breakfast, which cost $22. The breakfast was a small helping of scrambled eggs, two sausages, some tomatoes in pickling solution, and one piece of toast. Very poor value. When I asked for an additional piece of toast, instead of potatoes, but was told there were no substitutions and that an extra piece of toast would be an extra charge. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall a good stay, but at $250 for one night this did not seem like great value.

Convenient Hotel, Well Run, Ample Parking
Hotel was well run. Efficient service and cleanly rooms. Ample parking around the property and bed was comfortable. Having both a mini-fridge and microwave was useful. Overall a good property when you need to be in the area; would return when in Eugene.

Decent & affordable hotel adjacent to Restaurants & Tesla Supercharger
Good hotel, comfortable & clean bed/room, priced slightly higher than nearby hotels and does not include breakfast of any kind (coffee shop in the lobby charges for coffee & snacks). Grounds bit dated - but our 1st floor room had a sliding door onto the patio, which was nice (door & curtains older, but both closed well). This location is in a quad of other hotels and walking distance to restaurants. Tesla Supercharger is located in the rear parking lot, which was really handy and a reason we selected this hotel (though access to the charger can be made by any of the very close hotels). We are Marriott members, so will likely stay here again on our travels - but other nearby hotels were a little less expensive and provided breakfast. Having said this, the price of the room was reasonable.

Great Stay
I have stayed in this hotel before. Everything was great, from check in to the room. Check in was fast, (less than 5 minutes) I stayed in room 112. King size bed with the best pillows. Large comfy couch and big bathroom with large towels. All employees were friendly, and everyone had a "Hello" if you saw them. A/C was good as it was hot in Eugene the day I was there. The hotel was spotless all over. Parking lot clean. Many places to eat around the hotel. Try "Gateway Grill" great for breakfast. If your travels bring you to Eugene/Springfield, you can't find much nicer hotel.
