Everything was really nice! Room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was lovely. Great experience all around. Close to the river and downtown shops and parking was easy. We enjoyed the terrace. Was great for my daughter and I to be able to stream Netflix!

Home away from home when you need one.
My brother was suddenly admitted to the ICU in Corvallis and I needed a room last minute---during spring break of course! I had stayed at this hotel previously, and had been impressed with its cleanliness, quiet rooms, and incredible staff (hard to find these days). The staff went above and beyond the expected to make a difficult time as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. From assisting me in finding a fragrance-free room (Raven, Shawna, Jenn THANK YOU!!), to helping my sister get into my room in the wee hours of the morning to make the end of life decision (After nearly 56 hours with little sleep I was completely out!). Simply. The. Best. Your hotel and staff should get some type of award. I can’t recommend The Courtyard enough, and will certainly be back. Thank you!

Beautiful modern hotel in great location downtown Corvallis
I did not expect the hotel to be quite this gorgeous. I am used to the more modest yet still very comfortable Courtyards. This seemed like a full scale Marriott, probably with fewer services than a full service hotel. Gorgeous modern rooms, decorated with taste and originality. Very comfortable bed, etc. as expected. It is on a city street and across from the Willamette River, so there are no parking lot lights glaring into the rooms. I parked on the street for free but you can also park in the garage for $10 per night. Front desk and other service is terrific. I am guessing a number of OSU students are employed there. It's of course quiet. I requested the river view, which looks right over the Willamette and a forested area on the other side.

New, clean, friendly.
We have stayed at this hotel many times whenever we visit OSU. The hotel is very new. The room is clean and comfortable and good sound proof. Staff is always very friendly. We mostly stayed at the river fronting rooms. Not once glacéd the back, which we did hear outside traffic noises. The only problem, is the riverfront area outside the hotel can feel a little uneasy for one to walk /jog lane n the morning.

The Courtyard by Marriott is located just across the street from the Willamette River. This relatively new building is designed with guest parking on floors 2 and 3 and guest rooms on floors 4 through 6. Corvallis was pretty quiet when I was there, but the location of the guest rooms on the upper floors limits street noise, should there be any. My room had a small balcony with a river room, which I recommend. The fourth floor has outdoor seating with a fire pit. Although I didn’t use the area due to the damp weather, I can see this would be an ideal place to hang out with traveling companions during warmer times. The bed and furnishings were comfortable. Although I stayed only one night, I could see that this hotel would be a good base of operations for exploring the Corvallis area. The hotel has a Bistro in the lobby that serves a limited menu (breakfast, lunch, appetizers) as well as coffee, cold drinks, and alcoholic beverages. You can purchase breakfast or you can wander around downtown to find a local restaurant. Both the checkin and Bistro staff were wonderful.
