Location was good, staff were very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I expect the Radisson brand to live up to its reputation. This hotel is old, tired, carpets are dirty. Furnitures are old. It needs a face lift badly. The worst part is that it took us almost two hours to complete the check in process. We booked two rooms via third party two months in advance but when we arrived the hotel after a very long day of travel, only to be told that they do not see our reservation in their computer system even though they were able to see our reservation and confirmation from bookings.com. we were told to call bookings.com which we did. After a very long time to get in touch with bookings.com, we were told that we had a confirmed reservation and that the hotel receptionist should call a dedicated phone line provided by bookings.com so she can check us in. The receptionist then and only then reluctantly initiated the phone call. Meanwhile, I kept calling bookings.com until I get a live person on the phone. To make the story short, it took us two hours to check in. I can see that if the receptionist was very busy with a long line of customers, she may not be able to make the phone call to Bookings.com but there were hardly any customers needing to check in or check out because it was Sunday late afternoon. The entire experience with this Radisson country inn was disappointing.

Visiting family in the area, I chose this location for convenience. There is so much traffic in the area that this location is not an asset. Rooms aren't cleaned daily, no pool access or hot tub, laundry was inconvenient. For what I paid, there should have been in unit laundry. Priceline and United messed up my dates, and the hotel was not willing to work with them, I was forced to pay for extra night at a premium price. My biggest beef was that in the portion of the Hotel that I was in, there was deafening construction, trash collection noise starting early in the morning that could wake the dead and lasted most of the mornings. It made restful sleep impossible. I did not enjoy my time here, it lacked amenities, some of the staff were rude, The location did not turn out to be any advantage. Not really close to anything. No airport shuttle, taxi or busses in the area. An expensive waste of my time and money.

Jasmine at front desk was exceptional
Jasmine at the front desk was so kind and accomodating. Room was clean as was the hotel overall. Quiet and comfortablke but Jasmine made it a notable experience.

Not maintained, not very clean
I get that this is not an expensive hotel and don't expect high quality furnishings, but I do expect it to be clean and maintained. We had to change rooms because there was a gross yellow stain on the comforter. All the carpets are very old, lots of stains, and are wrinkled. The first room has a funky smell. Definitely not a repeat even as a fast overnight.
