I get that this is not an expensive hotel and don't expect high quality furnishings, but I do expect it to be clean and maintained. We had to change rooms because there was a gross yellow stain on the comforter. All the carpets are very old, lots of stains, and are wrinkled. The first room has a funky smell. Definitely not a repeat even as a fast overnight.

We stayed at the Radisson next to Pilot Butte for three nights. Their breakfast is outstanding. They had great potatoes, eggs, French toast and three kinds of fruit along with a fruit to go over the food. It’s well done and well presented. One of the best stays in any motel in the last year. Staff is friendly and helpful. Don’t forget to pick up some fresh warm cookies at the front desk. Also, they have some tea, coffee and hot chocolate when you need it. Upstairs was quiet. The elevator and stairs were both great. Staff is on call 24/7 at the desk. Lots of hot water in the shower tub. If you needed more towel towels, they are available at the front desk or they would bring them up to you. The fiberglass tub area needed some attention with some great big black spots in the soap area. Maintenance needs to look at this and fix it. The Internet worked well. No problems. We will return to the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson. I shouldn’t forget that when you arrive they will give you a bag of goodies and water to take to your room. One thing that they could add to make a better place to stay is a weight/exercise room. For those of us that are older and need to exercise after every meal it would be a real addition.

What a breakfast! Add to the usual fare, scrambled eggs, fancy eggs, sausage, potatoes, french toast sticks and best of all… Your own waffle maker with all the toppings you would ever need! Super friendly and accommodating staff and a very homey atmosphere. We will be back!

Lovely place to stay!
Staff was kind and welcoming upon check in. The hotel has a funky layout but I found it quite charming. Our room was nice and comfortable. The pool was so relaxing and warm to use on a cool Saturday morning. The breakfast had a nice variety of choices and tasted great! We would choose to stay here again when in Bend!
